Very lovely apartment - top class . I have only one criticism of no English TV which was not good due to the Coronavirus so no BBC OR CNN and we found out by chance that we had to cut our stay short . My biggest criticism is of Hotel.com - we battled to contact them as due to the strange circumstance we would like to know if we will be refunded - they owner told us to get in touch with them. We took a special on future accommodation in Dubai for the trip and despite Marriot Group saying they would refund us we cannot get hold of anyone to assist us from Hotel.com. This leaves me in a weary position about using their services again as it is a great service in normal circumstance but not in times like this when you need some assistance . If we had trouble with the accommodation - what then? You wold be left alone to deal with it
