This apartment is amazing. The other 3 looked equally amazing. Everything in for a fabulous stay. Wake up to sea views over the lagoons beach and playa la concha beach. The evenings clouded up so only got one sunset and it was quite a chilly wind but was mostly fine. There was a lot of building work but noise not too bad and it was only between 8.30 am and 5pm but not weekends . Úrsula was very nice and kept in touch and we didn’t arrive to village until nearly 10pm and she came to check us in. We have been staying in Cotillo for over 30 years and stayed in various places and this the best and will not hesitate to come back here. Thanks for a great stay

Really great week at MAAR Suites. The apartment was clean, spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. Location is excellent with a 30 second walk to the beach front, 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars and several stores around the corner. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

I loved the design of the apartment upstairs, but the stylish basement, which was the substantial reason for my booking is so mouldy and smelly,that is virtually unusable. My friend had to sleep on the coach and we had to work together in one room, as the basement wasnt usable. Also because there is no reliable WiFi downstairs.
