El alojamiento estuvo bien, la habitación buena, pero la comida muy repetitiva siempre lo mismo, el gimnasio estaba cerrado, la sala de TV también cerrada y uno de los ascensores lleva roto más de un mes, los trabajadores han sido todos geniales sobre todo el socorrista y los camareros del bar, muy atentos con los niños lo mejor del hotel sin duda.

Absolutely the most chaotic hotel experience ever. The elevators a joke. They would need 10. They have 4 of which 1 is out of order. Tatooed British people in every direction. Many of them handicapped and overweight so they were stuck in most stairways from 8th to -1 floor. We are not handicapped but hated to have to ran these endless stairs up and down for 8 days. We payed extra for ”junior suite” and got the smallest little double room any one has ever seen like a youth hostel. A rip off. Cleaning not good unless we paid 20 E extra per day directly to the cleaner. Then the cleaning became normal. For the money the entire 8 day experience was a disappointment and not worth it. Dont go there unless you are threathened.

Det var bra. Städningen var helt okej. Fick nya handdukar vid behov. Hade önskat mer alternativ till frukost, men det fanns inget att klaga på. Gångavstånd till det mesta.

Worst hotel i visited. Food bad and always the same,room service steals if you leave anything valuable. Reception workers barely speak english and not service minded. Shower don’t have proper cabin so floor is always full of water after using it. Rooms very old,pleds are from very hard material and awfull. Place is old and full of pensionist people. this is no way 3 stars hotel maximum 2 the only + is the location.

Hotellin sijainti huippupaikalla vanhankaupungin pohjoispuolella,lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä.Kiva puisto vierassä.Sängyt todella hyvät kolmella erikokoisella tyynyllä.Lämmitetty uima-allas katolla.Meillä oli yhdeksän päivän loma täysihoidolla johon kuului kolme ruokailua(hyvät ruoat ja laaja valikoima).Juomat kuuluivat myös hintaan eli oluet,viinit ja jopa cocktailit. Suosittelemme ehdottomasti.Ja palaamme tänne uudestaan.

La estancia empezó bien. La habitación correcta, el personal de comedor muy bien, las instalaciones adecuadas,... El problema está en que hay muchos clientes y en recepción y sobretodo los ascensores son insuficientes por momentos. La última noche fue un desastre, había una avería cerca de nuestra habitación, pero no en ella. Estuvieron llamando y entrando al baño 4 o 5 veces al largo de la noche. No pudimos dormir y ni siquiera se didculparon por las molestias. En fin, de una nota de 8 paso a 5.

Conocíamos el hotel de otras ocasiones pero nunca ha estado tan mal como en esta ocasión. Comida mala, platos sucios, camareros antipáticos, teníamos que limpiarnos las mesas para poder comer, falta de tronas, no respetan los horarios de comidas( poca y mala comida y antes de la hora recogían). No volveremos.

Reception staff could be better only 1 fully trained duringbthe day over staff ask her she leaves her customers so double the time to get sorted. If you need tomgo reception dont go 2pm to 6pm folk are checking in, you might miss your holiday its that slow. The lifts are a nightmare during breakfast, meal times only 4. Pool area qnd bars are well staffed apart from need a permanent life guard qnd despite adequate signage parents dont no the qge of there toddlers when no under 16s in jacuzzi tub, The room was clean, maid did a fantastic job every day bed was comfy, The food was more miss than hit but edible. Just.

The property needs updating but it’s a great base for the old town. Staff work very hard and I would recommend

Hotel was ok we had to change our room at first due to patio door held together with cardboard but second room was fine Only had breakfast but food was reasonable Good position for the old town

En la entrada al hotel hubo un poco de caos para el Check In. La habitación tenía algunas cosas que no funcionaban, las lamparitas del cabecero de la cama, había un enchufe un poco descolgado de la pared. También nos dio problemillas a la hora de abrir con la tarjeta, tuvimos que bajar varias veces a que nos codificaran una de ellas. Si le pongo un 10 a los colchones, muy cómodos. La limpieza bien, el detalle en la habitación de tener Té y café, genial, Por otro lado los ascensores, uno estaba averiado, había 4 en total y los 3 restantes estaban casi siempre ocupados, menos mal que nos tocó en la primera planta y subíamos y bajábamos andando. La azotea está muy bien, se está muy a gusto, al igual que el solarium. Muy céntrico, todo pilla muy a mano. La animación bien, tanto en el salón La Noche como en el Magic Café. El personal muy bien en general.

The room I stayed in was very outdated, with lots of damages, when I went to reception to raise my concerns the receptionist became very frustrated and started to bang things around, due to my balcony not closing properly I as for a complimentary safe as I was on a level that anyone could break into he was then even more annoyed and wanted to me to sign a form to say I would not complain again. It was not worth the money. Additionally the buffet area was not appealing and had a strong odor. It was a horrible experience.

Great hotel with friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Popular with older people as its a very comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Me and my mate stayed for 4 days and were very happy with the place. The rooms could use a bit of maintenance but argue for the price.

Läget är bra men störande och kraftig discomusik till 03.00 omöjliggör sömn. Schampo saknades på badrummet. Servicen på restaurangen var dålig.

Instalaciones bastante obsoletas

Era un caos, los ascensores no venian nunca o tardaban 10min, la comida mala y poca variedad, a veces no habia ni platos ni basos. La limpieza en las habitaciones bien pero el resto del hotel mal, para pedir en el bar te podias tirar 40 min una vergüenza. La piscina olia fatal . Los rumanos bañandose con ropa una asquerosidad

Lo único que nos ha gustado es el buffet libre la estancia de la habitación horrorosa el baño con las cortinas descolgado todo muy deteriorado y antiguo los muebles nos tocó limpiar los con toallitas porque estaban llenos de polvo y de gomitas de pelo de otras personas los cristales no quiero ni contar cómo estaban tuve que tener las persianas cerradas la semana que estuve en fin jamás volveré y espero que esto valga como reseña por si está alguien pensando ir lo único que vale deese hotel es que está en el centro y también tengo que decir un buen punto a su favor hay gente trabajando que es súper amable y muy profesional como ciertos camareros pero alguna limpiadora dejaba mucho que desear en fin para aprender perder. Y por último y no menos importante estar en esa piscina es asqueroso hace un olor insoportable no puedo bien describirlo es entre tuberías m***** y no sé de verdad vamos estaba en la piscina y me entraban ganas de vomitar me tenía que ir al solarium porque no lo soportaba si he disfrutado ha sido porque he estado con mi familia pero el hotel deja muchísimo que desear no volveré nunca para aprender perder
