Your daytime concierge was very helpful and courteous. Also, we would like to give a shout out to Rebecca. She too was helpful, courteous and extremely friendly.

Good morning first I would like to say that your staff at the counter your concierge. He was very helpful. I’m sorry I forgotten his name very pleasant than I would like to also give a shout out to Rebecca who worked in the evening. She also was extremely helpful very pleasant to work with as well. Our stay was nice. The only thing I can say is we did not realize that there was no bathrooms in the bedroom area that was a shock to air system, but we got over it. Thank you once again.

This is a HOSTEL with shared bathroom, very noisy sand very tiny rooms, very bad standard, they took the tourist tax in advance and refused to reimburse when we moved out early

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU’RE A FEMALE TRAVELER!!!! We were staying on the second floor and my cousin decided to take a shower, which are unisex bathrooms. Someone started recording her while showering and she noticed moments later. We went to the receptionist to complain about the situation. But they said they couldn’t do nothing about it since they have no cameras on the 2nd floor to be able to identify the person. How are women supposed to feel safe if the hostel doesn’t have security cameras in each floor.

Good spot, nice location, breakfast is bread, carb city… interesting vibe. Very clean. Spoiler alert: Random employee came into my private room at 10:45pm while I was sleeping and acted confused while trying to check another guest into it. No knock, I was naked and scared awake.

Not a good stay, even for hostel standards. Shout out to the one friendly staff member at check-in and the free filtered water. Everything else was disappointing. Hostel had no atmosphere. Also no enforcement of the quiet time rule, so expect no sleep. Poor upkeep, feels nasty.

Rummet låg precis i närheten av den gemensamma hygienuttrymmen och vi kunde höra allt som hände i duscharna och toaletterna - svårt att få ordentlig sömn. De flesta personal är trevliga men inte alla. Nära till butiker. Dålig frukost - kaffet smakade som vatten med lite färg + ett kaffebröd varje frukost. En gång fick vi frukost efter ca 50min väntan.

People talk like its a private room and listening to music with no headphones,taking phonecalls etc.. if that’s not enough i had to check out and switch rooms during my stay despite not being notified while booking that it was not just 1 room
