Staff member camilo was amazing, he was patient and kind helped with heating system in our room , advised us on transportation just so nice all staff nice room was just like picture clean , breakfast was good we would go back to that hotel location is ideal

I stay in a single room. Its inside room in patio. It’s very dark and smell bad because other rooms smoke and very noisy.
if you want to stay in this hotel, stay in a double room with street view, I think maybe better.
Breakfast are great!

Café da manhã muito caro, na região tem mais opções. Equipe no checkin despreparada, agoniado. Achei o quarto maravilhoso, porém com muita iluminação, cortinas finas. Só esse detalhe. Mas nós receberam com água e café no quarto.

Staff was friendly , but there was a terrible smell coming from the sewage in the bathroom so I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. The neighbors were also very noisy. The breakfast buffet was horrendous, worst eggs and tortilla de patata I have ever tried

Todo bien, limpio y cuidado, lo único es que en mi habitación el baño no terminaba de ventilar olores, quizás deberían revisar los sifones.
Por todo lo demás genial, situación, tranquilo, bien comunicado cerca del centro y en un barrio muy bueno.
Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo.

Sincèrement c'était vraiment décevant la chambre en soit était pas trop mal quoi que petite mais ça mériterait un coup de neuf la salle de bain à son charme mais c'est sale le fait que la douche n'est qu'une pomme de douche en haut et très dérangeant à notre sens point à la ligne plusieurs prises ne marchait pas point à la ligne on a trouvé que les gobelets en carton pour le café c'est en décalage avec le reste.
Le restaurant en bas est vraiment sympa mais l'hôtel il y a vraiment des choses à améliorer. À la réception c'était mi figue mi raisin
