Quarto impecável, localização excelente e funcionários muito prestáveis

El personal es excelente, digno de hotel 4 estrellas pero las instalaciones no lo son. Alfombra de los pasillos gastada. La habitación quedó en los '70. No estaba limpia la misma como uno espera. Los pisos bastante viejos también. El baño bastante pasable pero también antiguo. El secador funciona cuando quiere, pedimos uno de repuesto en el lobby. El placard roto. La ubicacion excelente. Será x eso las 4 estrellas? No vale lo que se pagó

One of the poorest hotel rooms I have ever had. Small and gave a prison like feel. Window towards "patio" could be opened fully from 4th floor so not good for children, but could not be used as an emergency exit. No cooling in the room. Much noise from the corridor and the elevator close by. The bed was very short, maybe 180cm long. But the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. an emer

Excellent room with sea view. Staff so friendly and very helpful. Nearby parking only a 5 minute walk. Outstanding roof top bar with outstanding staff both at breakfast and in the evening. Great location for waterfront, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here during a stop along the Camino. An excellent choice as they treated us well! From check in to check out, we were given excellent service, with clean rooms and great facilities including the restaurant. A lovely location too in a beautiful neighbourhood. Would go again!

So many choices of restaurants along the waters. Very clean! Very close to the Camino trails. Breakfast only starts at 10 am - too late for pilgrims … no coffee available to get you on your way

Staff was accomodating with our luggage and kept it secure since we arrived well before check-in. Staff was also immensely helpful with recommendations to beaches nearby and helped us make the nearby parking situation painless.

Excellent location!

Beautiful hotel right near the port and old town. We had a top floor room with a balcony and a limited view of the sea. The breakfast is on the rooftop and it is very well done with excellent food options. If you sit outside , be careful of the birds because they can be aggressive. We left our table to get orange juice and came back to the table within a minute to find our food was taken by birds. The room itself was on the smaller side but was updated with a gorgeous bathroom. It fit our needs perfectly and we would stay here again.

Kleinschalig hotel nabij de haven van Vigo. Op loopafstand van beide treinstations, busstations en het oude stadscentrum. Onze ervaring met het personeel aan de receptie is wisselend. Bij aankomst een uiterst vriendelijke vrouw die goed Engels sprak en zeer uitgebreid de tijd nam om ons tips te geven over lokale restaurants en aanbevelingen voor regionale gerechten. Daarna alleen nog dames die gebrekkig Engels spraken en een wat ongeïnteresseerde indruk maakten (maar wellicht leek dat maar door de taalbarrière). Door hen voelden we ons niet serieus genomen na het melden van problemen met airco, handzeep en een reservering voor een restaurant. Jammer, de eerste dame was juist zo leuk en betrokken! Onze kamer was erg klein en warm (we hadden problemen met de airco). Kluisje en koelkast aanwezig. De badkamer is gerenoveerd en is prima. Wel duurt het lang tot het water warm wordt. De ruimte om kleding op te bergen is beperkt. Het ontbijt is echter super en maakt alles goed! Kleinschalig opgezet, maar een grote variatie. Er wordt heel goed aangevuld en het personeel in de rooftopbar/restaurant is zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Mooie ligging van de rooftopbar met uitzicht op de baai, waar ook het ontbijt plaats vindt. Zorg wel dat je geen eten onbeheerd laat liggen, want dan gaan de meeuwen er mee vandoor! Al met al een aanbeveling voor de gunstige ligging, prijs, ontbijt en rooftopbar, maar nog wel wat verbeterpunten t.a.v. de kamer en behandeling van vragen bij de receptie.

Fantastic hotel with a superior location. Walking distance to everything. A fantastic roof-bar with fantastic view over the harbour. Strongly recommend.
