五月兰布拉斯巴塞罗那酒店

服務處的光頭小子服務非常到位，專業態度十分之好，而且主動有禮，令人難忘＇

係蘭布拉大道中心，落去左邊有的士，右邊直行有家樂福，酒店呢巷都多餐廳兼安全，唯獨係房每次入房有渠味，抽氣吳好，同樓下比較嘈，隔音差，隔離唱歌沖涼都好清楚

酒店前台服务生态度很不和善，酒店位置很好，但是房间很小。

連瓶裝水都沒有 。書面資料是十二點前退房，櫃台卻要求十一點前退房。幸虧不識文盲，這種感覺不好。

Porte sur patio pas étanche, on entend tout dehors. Il y a un bar que les clients parlent forts car ils sont dehors. S’il pouvait mettre un feutre pour étancher la porte au cadre, probablement que le problème serait résolu. Sinon tout était parfait, j’y retournerais sans hésiter. Proche du métro pour se déplacer.

The lobby is under construction. The location is wonderful. Wish I had known about the construction and no amenities. No ice/no corkscrew/no extra towels/no glasses. Thank goodness for the restaurant next door.

Great location and very easy check-in. Room was as described, clean and tidy with a comfy bed. Shower did not drain quickly enough, so ended up standing in inches of water showering. Staff were nice and friendly.

Atrasaram em 1hr a liberação do nosso quarto estávamos cansados e não havia nem lugar o suficiente para aguardar na recepção. Equipe da recepção sem muita gentileza, e nem pediram desculpas pelo atraso.

Otelde tadilat vardı , işçiler çalışıyordu . Bana verilen odada gece boyu çok üşüdüm , klima çalışmıyordu .sorunun çözülmesini istediğimde sistemsel bir sorun deyip çözemediklerini söylediler . Neden bana öyle bi oda verdiler , zaten ben geldiğimde çalışmıyordu . Bana küçük gürültülü bir ısıtıcı verdiler ve oda yok deyip değiştirmediler . İlk gün sabun yoktu , bardak ancak /. Gün geldi . Çok ilgisiz ve alakasız davrandılar . Şaka gibi bir üç gün geçirdim . Bir daha kapma ve tavsiye etmem

Room was clean

La ubicación a unos osos del metro y media calle de Las Ramblas. Muy bien ubicado. Las almohadas olían a sudor, pedimos q las cambiaran y si lo hicieron, el cuarto era pequeño pero suficiente, el baño amplio Te ayudan a guardar las maletas.

Bastante bien por el precio y la ubicación tan céntrica. No esperes lujos pero me pareció decente.

The location is too crowdy, you can actually smellall the kitchen's odor in the whole hotel, poor service, room towels in poor quality. The cleaning staff does not care if you hang the "do not disturb" sign for room clean up. Overall don't trust the photos and quality of the presented rooms. The actual rooms are too small to even move around. Totally not worth the money spent.

Complete lack of staff support or interaction bordering on rude. The only thing going for this hotel was the location

From the first day our room air condition, hair dryer did not work. Many times we complained about it and the staff told us the manager knows about it and they do not do anything about it. There were absolutely no amenities. For price we paid and the picture of the room at Expedia.com site, we expected something completely different. It seems to us that the management was not supporting their staff. The staff tried to support, but without management back up they couldn’t. All together a terrible place to stay. The only redeeming thing was the location.
