What I loved most about this property was the attentiveness from the moment I walked through the door. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, supported, and that all my needs were met.
Check-in was seamless the team was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional.
They handled everything effortlessly, from helping with our luggage to making sure our room had everything we needed. They even took the time to ask if we needed any additional amenities, offered dining recommendations, and made sure we felt accommodated, even with a small child in tow.
Their genuine care and attention made our stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this property and will definitely keep it at the top of my list for future visits to Spain.

I like the breakfast. Really good.
The service phone line is difficult to get through some times. In a few cases, I called two or three times but no one reply.
The facility may get old. In the shower space, the ceiling was cracked and should be repaired.

Aunque el servicio y la amabilidad del personal fue excelente, la nota mala es que el elevador del estacionamiento del sótano del hotel no funcionó tres de los cuatro días de hospedaje, la solución fue utilizar otros elevadores de la propiedad pero varias veces hubo que subir escaleras 4 pisos. Además de lo anterior, el hotel es muy bonito pero sus mejores años han quedado atrás, hay muchos detalles que arreglar en las habitaciones, baños, tinas etc

The hotel was pretty nice, but I think the cleaning service was not the best. And when we arrive they change an extra €82.00 fed that we did not expected.
