Our stay at this hotel was simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and our suite was absolutely wonderful — elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the service. The team at The Level reception deserves enormous credit. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention made at least 50% of the overall experience. They went far beyond what you normally expect and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay.
It is rare to find a place where the setting, the atmosphere, and the people come together so perfectly. We will absolutely return and can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something truly special.

Todo nos encantó el personal es súper educado y las habitaciones están impecables solo quizá podría mejorar un poco la variedad en el buffet de desayuno y poder regular la temperatura de la habitación ya que solo había calefacción y estaba muy caliente incluso al bajar al mínimo la calefacción.

Super zentrale Lage, mitten in der Einkaufszone, Nachtleben direkt vor der Tür, Alhambra fussläufig, Zimmer in Ordnung, nur sehr kleines Fenster und zu der Jahreszeit keine Klimaanlage, daher stickig in der Nacht.
