A really great hotel - spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection is fantastic.
The spa area is lovely and relaxing and well worth a visit during your stay.
Staff can be a bit standoffish/millitant and some of them lack warmth and customer service.
I would point out that the hotel reserves 25% of their sunbeds for guests who wish to pay for them. Sorry MiM Mallorca - you’re not a beach club in Ibiza, you’re a hotel in Mallorca. Allow your guests to have a sun lounger without paying!
