床鋪很舒適，整體空間很乾淨，並且離市區很近，入住並提供一杯免費小杯迎賓酒，櫃檯服務也很好，只是房內比較窄小，如果大行李不好打開，還有只有提供冰箱跟微波爐，並沒有廚房空間可以使用。

The room and bed is very clean and comfortable, private bathroom in the dorm, no need to share with other room. Hv a big wordrom to put your luggage and it can be locked. The best one I hv ever stay, nice location and super comfortable! Recommend for everyone!

The location was good, near Plaza del Sol and very convenience, the room was pretty good and clean as well except my bunk. There's a big drawer under every bunk for luggage storage, my drawer couldn't open and I saw a upright drawer by the bunk which is taller then my luggage, there's no way I can put my stuffs in or take them out, I went down to the reception for help, the staffs said "this is what we have." seems they're not willing to solve the problem. In my opinion, you shouldn't sell the bunk unless you got everything prepared!

great location but the room cannot receive any wifi.
And, me n my boyfriend was separated into 2 room. The staff said I have 2 booking separate. But, I really book two bed for two nights wfin the same booking. I feel upset about it.
