非常棒的住宿體驗，是這次西班牙之旅四個住宿地點中，最舒適的一間。 不論是接待人員、位置、客房設備、客房清潔或者是無線網路都非常棒。 少數的缺點：洗衣機使用有點難度，沒有說明；Check-in需要到飯店櫃台

因为是全家旅行，所以选择了这家酒店式公寓，父母和孩子有各自独立房间和卫生间，非常方便。厨房和起居室，电器设备一应俱全，餐具厨具也是意想不到的齐全，有家的感觉。

besides the rating already given, one more thing to appreciate is the attitude and service of their staff. they spent their free time to go to post office to check the tariff and ship a jacket back to me which was left in the wardrobe.

No teniamos agua caliente, solo tibia! Pagamos por desayunos y nos enviaron unas cajas con sandwiches feos! No habian amenitied. No habia crema de cuerpo.

Murmuri Residence Mercader was perfect for our group 0f 11. We had 3 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location was great - lots of restaurants nearby including a nice spot for drinks right on the corner. Easy to walk to the metro or bus or to hail a taxi. We felt safe in the neighbourhood and it wasn't overly touristy. Would recommend!

Everything was excellent in the room…the lobby restroom water faucet was not working…overall and excellent place to stay

Bel appartement, propre et équipé dans un immeuble très bien situé. Bien qu’il y ait de nombreux restaurants, le room service offert est très pratique si on préfère rester tranquille chez soi.

This property is located very nearby bus and subway options. Dining options are all around and so are shopping and small markets. We enjoyed our time here very much. The one issue we had is that it seems they send you a code just before the check-in time. I did not have easy access to my e-mail when we got there so was not able to access the code. Luckily someone else was coming in just a few minutes after we arrived and helped us.

One of the best place to stay. Flawless.

The property area is very beautiful, but the property itself needs to get pay attention to it more for cleaning and maintenance.

Todo muy lindo

I booked a 2 bedroom unit to start Sunday. I had to push my flight to Barcelona out a day and we arrived Monday afternoon. I message the property through Hotels.com app letting them know of my late arrival. I said I didn’t need to adjust the start date, just letting them know I wouldn’t be there for the first day. I had already paid the week in full. When we arrived, we were informed they had canceled our stay and booked our unit due to not arriving on the first day. They only had a studio unit available and wanted to rent it for the same price and I would have to change buildings for our last night. We settled on a discount for unit size but that’s all we could agreed on.

Beautiful spacious apartment with convenient location, close to transport options, dining and shopping. Easy check in process. Shower door was not sliding but was fixed immediately when we contacted the property manager. Great place to stay!

Tout s’est très bien passé. L’appartement est spacieux et confortable. Bien situé, à 15 minutes à pied de la Rambla.
