If you’re a party goer this is in the perfect location right in the middle of the strip. If you like things a little bit quieter this is not for you it’s non stop music until 5/6 o’clock in the morning you will not get much sleep

Basic apartment but in good location

No one at desk to meet us on arrival There was 6 people in our group and we had to phone someone to get given information for our room keys etc

I must say that we were very disappointed with our apartment at Pretty payma. When I booked this I expected to have a room that I saw photos on the website, we assumed that we had a sit down balcony, the room was nothing like pictures we had seen, Corina was a lovely friendly host, we couldn’t fault her, we also did not know that we were above a nightclub in the strip called insomnia, but that was a mistake on my part when booking. My mate had his head out on balcony and 4 x vomit came over his head from above rooms which fortunately missed landing on his head. Shower was great, so powerful. Would not stay here again.

Clean and well kept property

excellent central location and clean

Just spent 4x nights in Benidorm on a cheap & cheerful break. For what I wanted, the My Pretty Payma apartments were perfect interms of location, cost and comfort. 5* luxury it certainly isnt. Our room faced directly onto the 'party strip' and was basic and a little tired in places - there is no balcony with this,or any of the rooms, below the top floor and the the sliding doors certainly dont keep the noise from the very busy street & nightclub directly below. However, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the water pressure in the taps and shower were fantastic and the two rooms were easily big enough for the two of us. There is a pool which is quite small but from 11am onwards,tge entire area is a real suntrap and great for relaxing. The fantastic beach front is little more than 2 mins away with the 'proper old town' shops, cafe's smaller bars a mere 15 minute stroll further. If you are looking for a basic simple clean cheap & cheerful base then its great and id be happy to spend another 4 day break there again

Aircon great reception very helpful

The apartments are in a great location, close to the bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Very clean inside on arrival and the check in process is nice and quick. Ideal for friends looking to sample the nightlife.

Our apartment was very clean bed was comfortable no issues at all, well worth the money so central to everything 😘

If you are looking for a hotel right in the thick of the action then this is the one. Room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great location. Minimal noise from nightclub downstairs. Safe and within walking distance to everything you need. Plenty of mirrors !

Lovely few days here. Saw cleaners everyday. Receptionist very helpful on arrival.Apartment had everything that was needed.

I loved the apartment

Property is in an ideal location on the strip. It is clean (except some wee and blood stains on the sofa bed mattress) and well looked after. The apartment has everything you need. Obviously the hotel is on the strip, we were prepared for some noise but not for the walls and beds to literally be vibrating with the bass drop from the music - but you have to expect this really. Desk staff could be a bit more cheery as never said hello or goodbye and never seemed to be happy. Pool area is filthy and needs a good clear out.
