In spite of the hotel location far from the metro, bus and light railway station (7 mins walk), others are excellent. The breakfast was good and have great variety for selection. The room is spacious, clean, well ventilated and quiet at night. The fitroom is well equipped. The staffs in the front desk are helpful and smart. I enjoyed the experience of staying in this hotel and sure it is highly recommended.

Hotel is good, since we check in very early in the morning, hotel is not ready, then we keep our luggage there, until at night, we back to the hotel, the staff said no more room, but they offer a 5star hotel in the centre for us include the taxi fee. It's surprised for us. And good experience first in Barcelona.

Room was ok however window faced a wall. Like in prison, as I’ve been told.
Staff was courteous.
Location is off, not really close to anything of reference, metro was about 3/4 blocks away. Limited bar/dining options in the area. It worked for me bc was visiting someone in the area but I wouldn’t recommend to someone with mobility issue unless person likes taxis.

The hotel is located in a growing area with office buildings, making it deserted at night. The hotel's infrastructure is acceptable (published images make it look much better than the reality). Regarding the reception staff, I found them lacking in friendliness, empathy, and helpfulness.

Room was very clean, and even the morning clean while in occupation was very thorough. Reception and breakfast staff were excellent with professional service and impeccable English. The room would be better with facilities to make tea/coffee, and there is no in-house option for an evening meal except the room service menu.
