Its about 10mins walk from subway (hospital clinic station) and 10 minutes walk from urgell aero express bus stop which is convenient for travelers The room is nice, clean spacious The staffs are very friendly and helpful Definitely will come again

由於沒有交通工具，所以選擇了大眾捷運/地鐵即可方便前往的飯店， 實際抵達後，靠近市中心的地理位置， 吃飯與超商在附近10分鐘路程都可以抵達， 絕對會選擇再次入住。 唯一的缺點是，免費的Wifi速度不夠快!

The room is clean and tidy with comfortable bed. Although it is not so close to station but there is a big local market nearby. The staff is very helpful and it was so sweet for the little birthday surprise.

My experience at the NH Barcelona Hotel was quite disappointing. From the very first day, I informed the reception staff that the shower was not working properly because the water was not draining and kept accumulating while I was showering. Despite reporting the issue several times, it took three days before I was finally offered a different room. Another major issue was the poor soundproofing. You can hear everything from the hallways, especially the housekeeping staff early in the morning. Conversations and other noises from outside the room are clearly audible, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping was also far below expectations. During my 7-day stay, my room was cleaned only twice. Even on the days it was cleaned, housekeeping often did not arrive until around 4:00–5:00 p.m., which is far too late for a hotel of this standard. The only positive aspect of my stay was the breakfast, which offered a good variety of food and was enjoyable. Overall, I expected much better from an NH Hotel. The delayed response to a basic maintenance issue, poor soundproofing, and inadequate housekeeping made my stay far below expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I stay at this hotel every week and truly enjoy my experience each time. The team is exceptional, always welcoming, professional, and attentive. They consistently go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. Their friendliness and dedication are what keep me coming back. Highly recommended!

Exactly what I was looking for: clean, convenient location with good stir conditioning and hot shower. It was 20 min to the Barcelona Santa train station and casa batllo. Also good access to bus/metro as well!
