這個飯店很優質. 地點靠近地鐵站. 中央火車站. 飯店乾淨舒適, 早餐十分豐富. 非常值得大家入住

酒店櫃檯服務非常細心，有放行李服務，大堂非常舒適，房間整體舒服，地鐵近地鐵站，酒店員工英文良好。

離火車站，或高鐵站都是步行距離可到達的。交通便利！房間乾淨：房間有浴缸，走了一天回來，這是消除疲勞的一個好辦法。附近也有超市，非常便利！

地點好，離車站近。櫃台友善房間也很乾淨。 唯一的缺點是飯店提供的免費WIFI非常非常慢。

因位在巴塞隆納所以房價較馬德里高,但網路頻寬不夠,網速太慢.

I stayed in NH for 2 nights. Mostly satisfied with the accommodation. Except, there is no mini bar in rooms, so that I cannot make a tea in my room. I have to ask the restaurant for hot water. Besides, the location of the hotel is a little bit far from the Sants subway stations.

Good location, near supermarket, metro, train station, bar, restaurant... Room clean staff quality is not that good. Noise from other rooms is frequent. In general, a good hotel. Recommended.

距火站行路有點遠 酒店有點舊 服務態度好

The first night I mentioned the AC wasn’t working and they ignored me so basically the first night I slept in a sauna. The next day they went to fix the ac and when I came to the room tired at night I was a huge hole in the roof and the ac didn’t work. So they have to moved me to another room but basically I stayed in the new room for like 8 hours.

Nice hotel. Just far enough from Placa de Espana to feel like you are a part of the city and not the crowded shopping area. I liked the amenities, despite construction taking place at the front entrance.

Everything was as expected, check in and check out really fast. Bedroom was clean. Service was nice. I enjoyed my stay.

Nicely located where its just the right distance from everything you need. The facilities are a old and it shows. Elevators are small and are basiclly falling apart. It looks like the rooms were renovated in the last few years, they are nice, modern, and clean. The fitness center is dissapointing. The machine has been broken for over 6 years. Do they ever plan on fixing it? Its very strange that every single NH hotel has the same exact machine, broken in the same exact way. While this particular property isn't the worst or best, its in an acceptable state for NH hotels. I am sure there are better places to stay, but there is something about this hotel chain I like thats unique and always there no matter where. Sadly, ever since they were bought out by Minor Hotels, all the NH properties everywhere have been neglected and are in decay. This one specificly has managed to remain acceptable.
