Prima hotel! Wij hebben naar het centrum steeds een taxi / uber genomen. Met het OV moet je overstappen en ben je lang onderweg.

Very nice hotel, the check in and reception is the only thing isn’t working perfectly

Very clean room, we liked the location and breakfast (basic). Water and mini fridge, AC working very well. Loved our stay!

Overall, this hotel was okay. The buffet breakfast was quite good with a wide variety of cold and hot foods and we ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and the food was good. While it is rated four stars, we rated it closer to three stars. Some of the amenities are quite dated -- we had a family room and the second bed which was a sofa bed was uncomfortable and the water in the bathroom smelled badly. The elevators are old, small and take long to come. The front of the hotel does not look like a four-star hotel; compared to Riu Plaza Espana where we stayed in Madrid (which was four stars), there was a big difference in calibre. If we were to return to Barcelona, we would not stay at this hotel because it is about 20 mins from downtown Barcelona and we paid taxis to and from everyday which got quite costly. We would rather take a centrally-located hotel which may be a bit more expensive but within walking distance of La Rambla and the main touristic sites. There is a metro station (Almeda) about 7 mins walking distance, but we did not take it as it seemed quite longer for us to get to the tours we booked. Overall, not a bad hotel - friendly and helpful staff - but did not meet our 4-star bar.

Hotel staff were very attentive and helped us access our room early as possible. The room was showing signs that it needed a bit of TLC but the room was clean and nothing wrong with the room overall.

Excellent séjour

We booked here as a family of four and were given the largest room available. It was still far too small for four people. Once the beds were in place there was very little room to move, unpack, or get ready in the morning. Families should know this before booking. The property overall does not feel like a four star hotel. It is clean and functional, but the finishes, amenities, and general experience are much closer to a Best Western or Comfort Inn. The pool area in particular needs an upgrade. It looks tired and does not match what the star rating suggests. Location is the biggest drawback. There is essentially nothing within walking distance, so every outing meant calling a taxi. If you are visiting Barcelona to see the city, factor in the daily cost and time of getting in and out. The one clear bright spot was the staff. Every person we dealt with was warm, patient, and genuinely helpful. They deserve better than the building they work in. If you need a budget base and have a car, this could work. If you want a four star experience or plan to explore Barcelona on foot, look elsewhere.

A great family hotel with amazing staff

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado,toda la decoración del lobby increíble,la habitación muy espaciosa,con servicio de Mini nevera (con refrescos de cortesía), cafetera y tetera,disponia también de plancha y tabla de planchar,la cama súper cómoda,las almohadas mucho mejor que otros hoteles,la tele muy grande y con buena calidad (sólo eché a faltar que hubiera tenido plataformas cómo Netflix por ejem..),el baño increíble con bañera y con ducha un gran espejo y todo muy nuevo,me gustó el detalle de albornoces y zapatillas.El aire de la habitación funcionaba muy bien tanto que aveces en plena ola de calor, hemos tenido que apagarlo jejeje, destacaré también mucho la buena limpieza de la habitación,la amabilidad de las chicas que te reciben al llegar.Otro punto positivo es que en la piscina el mismo hotel te proporciona toallas para la piscina,y lo que más le fascinó a mí hija es que tuvieran una cesta llena de todo tipo de juegos para que los niños metieran al agua (pelotas, flotadores, churros, chalecos,etc). La zona de la piscina es de lo más acogedora,tenían muchas mesas con sofás,tumbonas,hamacas, incluso música en directo por la noche mientras cenas, para una experiencia más acogedora, para mí un 10/10 lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Très pratique si on veut être près de l’aéroport. Confortable.

This place was only for night stay due to our layover for the next day. Barbra at the front desk was more than helpful and the staffing was more than courteous. Definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay. Airport was 10 drive, La ramblas was 1/2 hour on the train.
