The hotel and staff were great. The breakfast was good and varied. The evening meals were not very good and even though we paid for half board we ate out a couple of nights because it was so poor.

È tutto perfetto tranne la qualità del ristorante sotto le aspettative. Silenzioso e si trova sempre una sdraio libera in piscina. Vicinissimo ad una bella spiaggia con sabbia

Hôtel très propre, piscine chauffée, petit déjeuner excellent. Par contre buffet pour le dîner décevant, même s'il change tous les soirs.

Durant toute l'année, nous travaillons et ne pouvons profiter que d'une semaine de vacances. Il est tout-à-fait inacceptable d'avoir dû supporter les bruits de travaux de l’hôtel du matin au soir. Ces travaux à côté de notre chambre et face à la piscine commençaient le matin parfois avant 8h00 pour se terminer après 18h00, du lundi au samedi. N'ayant pas pu faire autrement, nous nous posons aujourd'hui une question : comment l’hôtel va-t-il compenser ces désagréments?

Staff were all so lovely. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious. Very close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Never used the pool as could never get a sunlounger, but this didn’t take away from us having a lovely stay.

Always a pleasure to stay here, beautiful rooms and also a really nice place within the grounds. We stayed years ago before the apartments had been refurbished and renovated and they have done a great job. A stones throw away from the centre and also a five minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is also good. Will be returning in the future.

Weather was mixed. Room excellent and fantastic breakfast. Staff very polite. Building work currently going on but didn’t spoil the holiday as couldn’t hear it. Great Cava Sangrias at the bar

Perfect for a winter break within easy walking distance to bars & restaurants. Nice facilities & very clean

Breakfast and room size was great. Paying for a junior suite at £200 per night and then being put immediately next to construction work that goes on from 8am - 6pm 6 days a week is not so good. They shouldn’t be selling those rooms at normal prices.

Lovey hotel with lovely staff and great location

Hotel is lovely. There’s work going on and don’t be convinced by assurances that it has a minimum effect on your stay. Room to left of reception in the corner should not be used. The hotel is maximising profit over comfort for guests. I booked 5 rooms and 3 were affected by the works. Drilling banging and general work related noise could be heard most of the day. The hotel had no other rooms available. Do the right thing and close them off instead of spoiling guests holiday.

Great place

Excelente recepcion al llegar al hotel, Yasmin nos trato genial. Hotel muy comodo, bonito y accesible, tiene todo a mano dentro de las instalaciones. Desayuno bastante completo y rico (incluido el champagne jeje). El servicio de toallas (piscina) muy bien pensado y comodo para los clientes. Tuvimos un problema en nuestra ducha y el servicio de mantenimiento fue super rápido y eficiente. Unicos matices a mejorar: - Horarios alimentación (pensado para extranjeros) bar de piscina sin opcion de comida. - Hormigas/insectos en los alrededores e interior de la habitación (es “normal” debido a la naturaleza del hotel) - Gatos dentro de las instalaciones, incluso con su casa y comida y sorprendentemente durmiendo en los sofas de recepcion (deberían pensar en todos los posibles perfiles de clientes) En lineas generales, estancia muy agradable y hotel recomendable.

It took four days to get extra bed for my 11year son as hotel said they are eating for Expedia to approve it , we paid full price ,call Expedia on arrival managed to connect midnight after one hour wait and was promised that bed will be provided in morning , spoke to front counter following morning but been told that there is no message from Expedia , third day spoke to hotel manager she said they do not have bed , sofa bed for three night three of us slept in double bed . Sofa in room was only fit up to 6 year child , I tried to sleeping e day on sofa and it was uncomfortable and I was feeling spring . On fourth night Got extra bed so out of eight night three night ruined . Rather than enjoying holiday I was stressed chasing Expedia and hotel . Got email on fourth day that Expedia rep will contact me in next 72 hours that is passed no one contact me yet . No apology from Expedia or Hotel.

Hotel facilities are very nice. Everything quite new. Beautiful gardens very well maintained. Location is also very good. Unfortunately food and restaurant service was not up to the mark and if we repeat we won’t get half board

Very Nice hotel friendly staff would definitely visit again only thing I can complain about is there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel which I wasn’t made aware of before I arrived banging and drilling every morning from 9am
