Prima hotel, goede locatie iets buiten t centrum dus rustig maar binnen 10 min met de metro te bereiken. Prima kamer, niet groot maar wel efficient ingedeeld. Ruime badkamer en goede douche. fijn zwembad (wel druk want gedeeld met sportclub). Fitnessfaciliteiten horen bij sportclub dus er moet extra betaald worden.

Veldig hyggelig personale, veldig gode senger, stille og effektiv aircondition. Veldig god frokost med lang åpningstid. Fantastisk gym i underetasjen, MEN det koster 9 euro pr person pr gang og åpner ikke før 0900 lørdag/søndag. Svømmebasseng med få solsenger, åpent for medlemmer av gym (Metropolitan) i tillegg til hotellets gjester, som betyr at det alltid er fullt. Hotellrom har en helt håpløs planløsning med åpent bad inne på rommet hvor det heller ikke er mulig å få tørket badetøy eller håndklær. Kort vei til Metrostasjonen Santuxtu, og Metro i Bilbao er verdens enkleste. Ellers enkelt å gå ned til Gamlebyen fra hotellet.

The room was a good size. The pool, as others have mentioned, is small and always busy. Some days the room was better serviced than others - e.g new cups. The little fridge did not seem to work although the light was on. The breakfast is not good value for money - you’re better off going to one of the nearby bars.

L'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Il y avait des toiles d'araignée au plafond de ma chambre. Le diner au restaurant n'était assez insipide. Le petit déjeuner à 16 euros n'était pas assez diversifié. Attention le parking est en plus ! Je suis arrivé à 19h et repartie le lendemain à 12h. J'ai payé 22 euros de frais de parking. Je trouve inacceptable de devoir payer en plus un parking alors que nous avons réservé une chambre. Ce devrait être un service offert par l'hotel.

There were cigarette butts all along the outside of our floor’s windows. The toilet (held up by the wall) was very unsteady and would creak upon sitting. The beds are on wheels so move around as there is no rug or carpet. Delicious food though!

Lovely hotel. Very easy to travel around Bilbao on the metro. The metro station is a very short walk from the hotel and only 1 stop to the old town. Hotel pool was a great plus after hot day of tourism. My only criticism would be that there weren't enough beds and umbrellas in the pool area. A few chairs would be great too.

The hotel staff was excellent from start to finish from reception staff to the cleaning staff. The main problem was the outside pool area there was not enough loungers as tbere was only 26 with a full hotel and also the gym members was using the pool there needed to be at least another 26 loingers. No pool bar very disapointing if you needed a drink on a hot day you had to go inside and geo to main bar,bery poor idea.
