Bien ubicado, buen personal, excelentes vistas y con el normal paso del tiempo por sus instalaciones. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Wifi ne fonctionne pas dans les chambres

Había estado dos veces anteriormente y de fábula, pero está vez ha dejado mucho que desear. La cama estaba bien, pero no arreglaban la habitación hasta cerca de las 7 de la tarde, con el inconveniente de no poder arreglarte para la feria. Se encontraron cucarachas en la habitación. Hice una hoja de reclamación pero supongo que no contestarán (no sellaron la hoja)

Horrible. Dos días sin hacer la habitación, aún avisando a recepción por la tarde que no estaba hecha. Solicité cuna para mi bebé y nadie sabía nada, me encontré tirada. Aire acondicionado de la época de la prehistoria. CUCARACHAS en la habitación. Zonas comunes sin aire acondicionado. Ascensores antiguos sin mantenimiento, muy pequeños para subir con carro de bebé y maleta: o dejaba a mi bebé sola o dejaba la maleta. Misión imposible bajar en ellos sin esperar menos de 5 minutos. Ante las quejas, los de recepción no sabían ni dónde estaban las hojas de reclamaciones. 0 resolutivos. Todo lo que decían es que estaban llenos y había mucha gente. Ya, pues haberlo pensado y haber contratado extras, o gente un mínimo competente. No volveré y pienso solicitar una compensación por el desastre vivido. No hemos podido dormir con las cucarachas por la cuna de mi bebé. Vergonzoso. Le sobran 3 Estrellas.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and competent, the only thing that I didn’t like is the bed and the covers, they’re outdated and not comfortable.One thing that was excellent was the fold at the VIP, it is to die for!

Ritorno in questo hotel dopo qualche mese, nonostante i miglioramenti (acqua in camera) la pulizia non è il massimo e necessiterebbe di manutenzione...

Clean, friendly, well located and very competitively priced - with lots of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants within very close walking distance. About a 10-15 mins walk from the port.

Me ha gustado todo, porque la verdad es que todo estaba bien, para que vamos a poner pegas, si no las tiene, tanto este hotel como el Revellín son Fabulosos.

Magnifique hôtel dans la ville de sebta

The hotel is very well located in the center of calle Real shopping Street. However, we had to ask for bath towels as they were not in the room when we arrived. Also, there was no shower soap nor shampoo; so, we used the hand soap for showering; and we had to buy our own shampoo. The heating system was listed among the room amenities; but the heating system did NOT work at all while we were there in January. It was cold. For the price they charge, they could at least provide heating, shampoo, and shower soap.

El hotel está muy descuidado en cuanto a conservación del mobiliario de las habitaciones.
