This is the second time my parents have stayed at this accommodation and they absolutely love it. They said their apartment was lovely with a great view of the pool area and right beside reception. They said the bar area was great and the staff have all been lovely. The accommodation is also in such a perfect area. Close enough to bars and restaurants but also secluded enough that it's peaceful and quiet. We now understand why this accommodation is rarely available. Everyone loves it so much. We hope when we return back to Tenerife later this year that we can stay here.

I found all staff encountered excellent helpful and service throughout fantastic the bar area serves a wonderfully choice of breakfast and lunch I particularly thought the breakfast was amazing I diners in restaurant on site once but found staff pleasant and food was very nice I can’t help but say staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing my first holiday in 20 years and would love to return

Room was clean, aircon in the bedroom was great. The TV I couldn’t get any channels to work. I only stayed 2 nights so wasn’t a big problem but was a little frustrating.

Next to a neighbour smoking dope 24hrs couldn't sit on the balcony. Continued after staff told them not too. Also had crazy woman wandering around knocking on door asking to climb over the balcony she wasn't even staying there 🙄

The Apartment was larger than expected and clean.
The staff are all really great. The bar on site ( Stacey's) is run really well and they are very friendly people.
The location is good. Its about a 20 min walk to the nearest beach downhill.
Reception are great as are security.
The pool is clean and lovely to swim in. Plenty of sun beds ( June ) .
Towels are given for the pool on arrival which helps. There is body wash and shampoo provided in the apartment . The kitchen is well equipt....impressive actually.
The maids will come in and do a great job of freshening up the place
All in all a great stay and I would recommend for couples or families.

C’est ma deuxième fois un peu déçu de l’hôtel, surtout de la piscine et du gars qui s’occupe de la piscine il arrête pas d’embêter les enfants si j’ai un conseil à fuir pour les familles

My wife and I loved this place, clean, well kept, beautiful pull area and the restaurant is great and has good prices. Near shopping plazas and not to far from the beach.

Such a lovely place to stay, we would def stay here again. So very clean everywhere, ive never seen such thorough cleaning when people check out!
The onsite bar serves breakfast and lunch and such good value and the most friendliest of people. Drinks inc cocktails are good prices to, €6 for a frozen strawberry Daiquiri that actually tastes good! And a happy hour daily from 4-5.
1 bed rooms are well furnished and even have a washing machine. Our room was pool facing and got the afternoon sun.
The pool is lovely and slightly heated which made a big difference and we always managed to get a sunbed.
5 -10 min walk to nice bars and places to eat.
Also has a small shop on site for those essentials.
Close to bus stops if you want to go further afield and €30 for a taxi from airport
