Ona Palm Beach

Its an hotel apartment nothing special rooms was big but its a very old hotel,ac was.not cold

Room didn't have a beach view, we knew that before arrival, balcony looked onto pool area, issue on first night, patio doors didn't lock, power tripped 3 times. Both issued were fixed quickly. Sofa bed wasn't used, but was to uncomfortable to sit on as couch.

Hotel looked great when we arrived staff friendly. Then we got in our room smelt nice and clean. Looked over balcony and building site outside. Went to reception and asked about it was told they start around 8am. But dont work weekends . No cleaner called all time we was there was told every 3 days. So no bedding or towels changed . Looked around room and was not happy with it. Spoke to reception and was told they would get someone to sort it out. No one come.

The location is straight on the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. There is a shop inside of the building too.

Animation team were very energetic Several pool parties some of the singers louder than others

Good Location for water-sports and trip pick-ups.

My wife and myself couldn’t praise the resort and the staff more.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand ist hervorragend und bietet ideale Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Zimmer war frisch gestrichen und machte einen sauberen Eindruck, allerdings wurden die Möbel nicht erneuert, was dem Gesamteindruck etwas Abbruch tat. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Animationsteam, das einen exzellenten Job gemacht hat und für viel Unterhaltung und gute Stimmung sorgte. Ein Wermutstropfen war die laufende Modernisierung des Restaurantbereichs. Dadurch wurde das Essen im Poolbereich serviert, was zwar eine kreative Lösung darstellte, jedoch zu Stoßzeiten an seine Kapazitätsgrenzen stieß. Dies wirkte sich gelegentlich negativ auf den Komfort beim Essen aus. Das Personal war jedoch stets bemüht, diese Einschränkungen bestmöglich auszugleichen und zeigte großen Einsatz. Was aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel war: Weder bei der Buchung noch danach wurde darüber informiert, dass sich der Restaurantbereich im Umbau befindet. Eine transparente Kommunikation im Vorfeld wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen.

The animation team at the pool were superb! Made the holiday for my daughter. Breakfast buffet was very comprehensive, well stocked and tasty. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay at palm beach again

Second time and was great hotel entertainment was great breakfast was lovely

Struttura ben curata, personale cordiale e gentile e pronto ad aiutare nelle eventuali informazioni richieste.Nessun problema di lingua poichè c'è anche personale italiano, e altro personale che parla anche l'italiano. Ottima posizione, vicino a negozi, centri commerciali, ristoranti e, soprattutto, fronte mare. Colazione e cena varie buone e abbondanti, però cappuccino e caffè dalle macchinette. Il servizio ristorazione è Self-service. Consigliato.

Great location

Generally a positve experience front desk were friendly and helpful. Apartments were fairly spacious and hotel had pretty good facilities. Location is excellent close to everything you need.

On arrival we got a really small 2 bedroom apartment but to be fair to the staff we moved the first morning to a much more spacious one albeit with a slight extra cost. Rooms and hotel is a little dated and could do with a revamp. The entertainment around the pool was very good and the performers were excellent!

Smart amazing rooms could do with a bit of updating but clean and functional, breakfast good selection but ate out in evenings so can’t comment on evening meals, location is superb for beach shops and restaurants and 10m walk to Siam Park

The rooms are very old and dated bathroom door wouldn’t shut door frames coming away and split no real lock on patio door Mattress terrible Couch it bad condition Stayed here about 12 years ago and don’t think it’s been touched since then Pool area nice and entertainment team fab not sure will return anytime soon This hotel use to be really good standard but seems to be catering more now for young ones on the gang holidays that aren’t too worried about the condition of there rooms

Hotel bruyant et chambre vetuste et pas propre

A review is always a personal experience. In my case, a terrible one, june 2025. Pictures on there website and profided to Expedia are old. Rooms are old, dirty and lot of things broken or rotting away. Chairs not white anymore but yellow-ish stains. Its in the middle of club area, thats ok if you did your research but would be helpfull to mention it. Lot of drunk people shouting, screaming on the street at 4 at night but also in the hotel. Slaming doors, moving chairs, screaming and adult noices. But also fighting drunk families, crying kids of fighting parents, woman screaming for help being drunk at nights on the balcon multiple nights. Asked multiple times for a different room and complained.But hotel was fully booked and could not do anything. Only think staff could do is try to give the drunk people a yellow card, with multiple yellow cards those people get kicked out. Staff member told me that never happens. Showed pictures to Expedia helpdesk and they immediately called the hotel, hotel did not reply. Expedia gave me €125 voucher to book a other hotel immediately and they asked for refund from the hotel. Checked out at hotel manager 3 days early and he asked why I never told anything and went to Expedia to complain..so he did know about it?!?! He told me the hotel has a lot of young guests and they bring in money. Hotel sayed they would reply to Expedia withing a day.. thats 5 days ago and still no answer. Can not add pictures in expedia app.

Was disappointed. Rooms could do with updating, had cockroaches in our bathroom, room wasn’t cleaned.
