他們安排了一樓的第一號房間給本人，房間的所有窗外旁邊就是行人路，所以你的房間和外邊的所有行人只有一窗之隔，隔音牆好的話是沒有問題，但是所有人的笑聲和談天都聴得很清楚，所以一整晚睡了又給弄醒，醒了又再睡............ They are arranged the room of room number 1 to me . This room of windows all beside of the outside Walk Street. So can heard what everyone talking and laughing. That night I was slept ,wake up, slept , wake up again and again whole night . Cannot believe it is 4 stars hotel in central of madrid .........

現代設計、簡單又舒適的酒店，鄰近地鐵站出口，附近亦有很多食店，費用合理，很好呵！

Everything was great. Close to resturants, shopping, bars and the metro. The only thing to consider is that you are a lite sleeper since you are close to everything this place might not work for you.

Quarto reformado, excelente. Restaurante com cafe da mãnha gostoso. Bem localizado, numa área com comércio próximo e há cerca de 10min de caminhada agradável da Gran Via. Recepção muito feia do hotel.

El tamaño de la habitación con balcón es muy bueno y el baño amplio! Propiedad en muy bien estado y central de todo! Lo único a destacar es que se siente mucho el ruido de la calle lo que se hace difícil para descansar en la noche!

It is a very pretty and elegant hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Good breakfast but not buffet as announced, but it was good!

No funcionaba la TV, la tasa del baño está floja y da sensación de inseguridad, el tapiz del baño se está despegando, el aire acondicionado hay que hablar a recepción para que funcione, la habitación está mal mantenida y descuidada.

Breakfast was not even buffet. They claimed to have 21 sq meter room (220 sq ft) but I am sure it wasn't more than 170 sq ft. Totally misleading listing. Its an old hotel with little maintenance

Excellent place to stay. Good and quite neighborhood. Nice restaurants on the area and local vibes.

I selected this property for the breakfast hour, because l was traveling to another places early in the morning But today they did not offer breakfast because "they had no water in the restaurant", however in the room there was water. In summary we paid for breakfast that they did not give us, but they charged us the water we consumed of the minibar. Result we had to travel without breakfast. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel is excellent but the Front Desk Manager not helpful at all.

no hay buffet es una estafa .. te dan una carta con dos opciones nomas

Camas cómodas, ducha grande, solo falta el bidé. Alrededor del hotel hay todo lo que necesitas.
