房間很大很舒服。但是浴室設計不太好，shower的地方不論如何調整蓮蓬頭，水都會外溢，造成地板很濕。此外，建議房間內也要放個垃圾筒。

位置不错，服务员很热情，但是房间设施soso 淋雨房热水慢

Hotel perfekt für einen Städtetripp. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Zimmer sind sauber jedoch die Dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Tablar im Schrank wären wünschenswert. Minibar hat nicht gekühlt.

Noisy but to be fair there was an outdoor concert at the square which sounded like it was in the next room, therefore sound barrier quality of hotel terrible. Staff was nice. Also, don’t waste your money on a “deluxe balcony room” there is no balcony, if you believe you would like to sit out on a balcony at night and have a drink

My friend and I had an amazing stay!! The staff was welcoming and very helpful from start to finish. They can all speak lots of languages which is great. The room itself was so lovely, the bed and pillows were so comfy (it was actually hard to leave the bed in the morning!). The location was perfect - close to everything, walkable, the area was beautiful and so clean. Only negative thing was the wifi which did not work very well but everything else was perfect!

Perfect location in Valencia! Walkable to shopping, restaurants, museums and beautiful historic churches. Updated rooms and bathrooms, clean and well maintained in a historical building. The breakfast buffet is very nice with a wide range of options.

Good:- The hotel is located in an excellent central location with attractions in all directions. There is a cool refreshing entrance to reception and the Air Con works well. The staff are very polite and helpful. It is clean and well maintained and has a good choice of breakfast fayre. The bed is very comfortable and there is a reassuring security safe in the room. Bad:- There is very little storage space for clothing and we had to live out of suitcases. There are very few surfaces in general for placing things so stuff ends up on the floor. We could not get hot water from the shower on some days. The bed base is much bigger than the mattress causing us to bang our shins on occasion. There is no onsite bar or cafe but plenty of options nearby. No English language channels on the TV but luckily we took a Bluetooth speaker. The Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach the 3rd floor so we needed to go to reception for a better signal. Reception did offer to re-room us lower but I though this excessive so gave them a pass. In general:- I apologise if this review reads more negative than positive because we really enjoyed our stay of 9 days.

Its was quiet but within 2 mins you are in the center. Perfect location

We stayed at Reina Victoria in Valencia with our children. It is perfectly located as its 500m from the train station and then right on the border into the busy streets of Old Valencia. If I had to say one thing, it was that the TV was not great and it was hard to get it working. The kids just needed a couple of hours of rest time but we resorted to watching something on our phones.

All the staff were very cheerful and went out of their way to help. Room was spacious and clean and shower was amazing. Location perfectly central - simple journey on metro from airport and a bus stop immediately outside. Breakfast plentiful with lots of choice and proper coffee.

Loved One Shot Hotel in Valencia! Prime location, stylish property, comfy rooms, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The hotel was comfortable but the property needs a little TLC. Walls and carpets were stained and there was no parking at the property. The nearest lot was a 7 minute walk. It was good but not exceptional.

I like very much my room !! Excelente bed

The maître d at the front desk was incredibly helpful with recommendations and each place that he suggested was phenomenal! The room was clean, modern and cute and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the proximity to everything. The only bad thing is that we only spent one night here!!

Tolles Hotel an sehr guter und zentraler Lage für einen Städtetrip. - Zimmer sauber - Peronal sehr nett und hilfsbereit - Frühstück auch sehr gut.

Goed hotel, midden in het centrum. Verzorging goed. Vriendelijk personeel, schoon, goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Restaurants, winkels en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Wij kunnen komen zeker terug!
