The air conditioning is very weak but overall service is good and it is located at the central point of tourist attractions

早餐的服務人員親合力不夠,早餐選擇性太少. 用西班語詢問客戶的房號,連西方國家人都聽不懂,最後才用英文問.... 10月份房價收費太貴(還是不退款價格),房間使用寢具不夠舒適,(該換羽絨被了)

飯店位置很方便，無論由機場搭火車，或是由機場搭Bus，皆於附近下車步行10分鐘內可達。鄰近也有地鐵站，在市區內行動很方便。 飯店緊鄰Rambla大道，週五晚上路邊餐廳仍非常吵雜，甚至周六清晨仍有人於路邊大聲喧嘩。

location is excellent! Get there by aerobus is easy. right next to everything.

A lot of plumbing issues in the bathroom which weren’t fixed during our stay. but apart from that the room was good.

Clean, excellent location, good internet, helpful staff. Parking was s bit confusing but it worked. We would definitely go back!

3명 가족이 묵을 방으로 예약랬는데, 싱글 2개 방에 간이침대 1개를 어거지로 넣어 준 느낌이었어요. 방이 비좁아서 너무 불편했어요. 러기지를 펼칠 수 없을 정도였으니까요. 스페인 여행중 첫 여행지라 가장 신경쓰고 비싼 비용을 지불한 호텔이지만, 위치 빼고 뒤통수 맞은 기분이에오. 람블라스 거리, 광장 근처라 위치는 최고입니다.

Rummet var över 30 grader och det gick inte att reglera då systemet var centraliserat. Väldigt oengagerad personal. Det fanns inga sociala ytor eller ytor utan hela hotellet var som korridorer och trapphus. Gymmet var obefintligt och trångt och dålig luft

Staff and service. It is not what it was a few years back. They had a general heater and said it was winter (it was not) with no control in the rooms. They told us to open the windows!!! If we were hot. We and some other people had to do that regardless of the noise. We were suffocating! We ask for ice and they referred us to the nearest supermarket.

Staff were so kind and helpful with suggestions for our visit to Barcelona. At one point our room developed a leak in the ceiling and we were offered a new room but chose to live with it because it was more of a bother to pack up, etc. Again, staff was very kind about the situation. To my mind, what the hotel lacked was the same sort of attention to the comfort of guests in the room decor which was sparse. Hard beds, flat pillows, no art on the walls, television didn't work, no extra blankets, all added up to an economy motel vibe for $250+ a night. We did love the patio and access to the coffee maker. The pool is very small, so fellow Americans, adjust your expectations.

Excellent location overlooking La Ramblas and near to station. The only negative is you only get 1 flat pillow.
