The staff were very professional. When our room ran out of electricity suddenly, A technician was sent to our room and resumed electricity. it was so great!

The team was wonderful and rooms stunning. Not in the city center but very easy to access it. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was also quite a show

Excellent hotel, close to the train station and the airport. Huge breakfast buffet! Walking distance to the city center.

Hotel Only You was an amazing stay from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. A very special touch was the champagne waiting for us in our room after I mentioned that my husband had retired and we were travelling to Spain to celebrate. It made our stay feel truly memorable. We would absolutely love to return

Everything about the hotel was very excellent. The room was spotless - very clean. The bathroom had nice big towels and the shower was awesome. All of the staff in the hotel from the breakfast area, the cafe, the restaurant and the reception desk could not have been friendlier!!! My husband and I were impressed with every aspect of the hotel.

The staff in this extremely clean hotel were top class. The hospitality industry is so lucky to have them as is Only You!! 😀 The smell throughout the hotel was super. Room was spotless and water replenished every day at no additional cost. Bar was great and the hotel appearance in general was wonderful. Location is good for shopping. It’s a little far out from the old town but don’t matter as it was a fab stay.

El personal ea muy bueno. Sobre todo el cafe en los desyunos. Y la persona de los huevos. Igualmente la concierge y la persona de recepcion fue super amable. Se nota el buen servicio en todo lado muy buen trabajo.

Would of been better if the location was closer to town center

A Equipe da recepção é terrível, são antipaticos, deixa a sensação que estão lhe fazendo um favor em lhe atender, fazem questão de lhe tratar mal. É a segunda vez que me hospedo e tive a mesma experiência nas duas vezes

Everything!!! The room, staff, quality, was phenomenal and perfect. The staff was great from the start and even had champagne in room as we were celebrating our honeymoon. Beautiful hotel and was clean and incredibly comfortable.
