This hotel is convenient for clubbing activities in pacha and you can have free entrance as hotel guest. The downside is that it can be very noisy at night as the sound proof system is not good. You can hear all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap for this quality.

We arrived on Tuesday in March, What a pity there weren't parties!!

Pacha Hotel was fabulous. The junior suite was spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. However, it was friendliness of the staff and their willingness to attend to us and our needs that really made the hotel standout.

Sehr nahe beim Pacha und Hafen. Tolle Restaurants im Umkreis.

Everything was excellent, except the breakfast was a little weaker than expected. Room was perfectly comfortable and clean, the pool was small but guests can also take advantage of the other hotel’s facilities which are large and quite nice. Food, drink and music at the pool are all good too. Special thanks for Ivan, the waiter at the pool for making our holiday much better with his being kind and helpful with us.

Beautiful room, breakfast was really nice, free entry to pacha saved us some money!

Two beds as one very uncomfortable. No room service available and chrome cast didn’t work. Should have been given a full refund with what I pay I believe.

El hotel en si, es magnifico. En instalaciones, en personal, en atencion, en comida, en mantenimiento, en ubicacion, todo magnifico. Unicamente no hemos estado nada comodos con los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas (ha sido imposible descansar ninguno de los dias que estuvimos alojados), y al ponerlo en conocimiento del hotel, si bien nos dijeron que iban a poner remedio, no surgió efecto. Y tampoco disponian de mas habitaciones en noviembre??. El resultado: Todo lo bueno que te puede ofrecer el hotel, no lo puedes valorar, porque no tener nada de descanso, y estar unos dias para intentar desconectar, te vienes con muy mala experiencia y sobre todo, recuerdos.

Only a short stay, reception staff very helpful. However the suite left us all perplexed with a glass door on the toilet offering zero privacy.

No gym. No pool.

This was my third stay at the hotel this year. We are overall v happy with the facilities and the location of the hotel. Free parking is v convenient. What I am surprised by though is that the hotel started charging a 10pct service fee at check in. Not only is this very unusual but during this stay the hotel didn’t even mention the charge when I was asked to settle the outstanding bill. Only after I asked I was told they added an optional service charge. I find this very unfortunate and unnecessary. I don’t know if any hotel that does that. Especially not at check in.

Attention: tromperie sur la marchandise!! Notre aventure à l'hôtel Le Pacha. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car les entrées au club Le Pacha pour 2 personnes étaient comprises dans le prix de la chambre. Arrivés à l'hôtel, quand je lui demande comment accéder au club dans la soirée, le réceptionniste m'informe que les entrées ne sont pas comprises dans le prix de la chambre les vendredis et samedis soirs. Je reste calme et lui montre un mail du Pacha du 2 avril 2024 confirmant mes propos. Il me dit que la politique a changé mi-avril. Je ne veux rien savoir, demande le remboursement de la chambre ou les entrées au club, menace d'appeler la police. Il contacte le manager qui ne lui répond pas. Nous squattons la réception avec nos bagages et refusons de bouger. 20 min plus tard, toujours aucune nouvelle du manager. Le réceptionniste, qui subit comme nous la situation et fait admirablement son travail, part au club demander 2 entrées au club pour nous. Il les obtient. Nous prenons possession de notre chambre et allons au club. Auparavant, une personne du club me contacte pour m'indiquer que nous rentrerions au club sans problème avec un mot de l'hôtel. Sans avoir insisté, nous n'aurions rien obtenu. Merci au réceptionniste et à ses collègues. Mais les vacances ont commencé avec stress et énervement. On fait mieux en matière d'entame...

There is not a better place to stay if you are planning on visiting Pacha Disco. Amazing service.

This place has a nice vibe and big enough rooms....for the price in this area (which is incredibly expensive in general) This hotel is good for the price in Talamanca.
