Ett mycket vackert och välskött boutique hotell i perfekt lägerinsamling Palma

The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons. Susie, at “winning” hosted us at the property’s tapas bar across the small street where you receive a “magic card” which allows you to select various sized samples of wines from about 30 selections. Of course, you must pay the tab accumulated on the magic card at the end of the night, but the experience was fun and the cost, very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel, Nico, and the entire staff. We will return.

It was an incredible experience in all aspects. We loved the place, the location, not to mention how spectacular the room is (Cathedral) and the details provided by its staff to make our stay a pleasant one. It is definitely a place we return to and recommend.

Spent 5 nights at Palacio as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel given the location, the room, and especially the service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another visit.

Very nice hotel, good sized rooms, attentive, pleasant staff, great location next to the castle/basilica. The hotel had a very nice feel about it, it felt like a small family hotel where nothing was too much trouble. There was a nice rooftop bar too and breakfasts were imaginative.

Our room was beautifully appointed. The bathroom, bed, shower, and general appearance was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast in the courtyard, the location in the old town is perfect. Service is friendly and efficient.

Gorgeous hotel in Palma old town. Second visit and already planning our next. Beautiful interiors, staff are so friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast in the outdoor courtyard and wonderful rooftop bar. Cleanliness and service outstanding. Stay here you won’t regret it

Beautiful hotel freat central location and friendly, welcoming staff.

The stay was so pleasant. Staff was very courteous and thoughtful. We were specially impressed with Miriam, she was friendly and helpful. It was my birthday during my stay and she had a piece of cake and a bottle of wine sent to my room.

PCM er et dejligt sted, en lille oase midt i Palma, og ja, beliggenheden og værelserne er 5 stjernet. Der er ikke meget man kan sætte en finger på, dog er der o ting som man burde vide inden man booker og så kan man selv vurdere om det er noget man kan leve med eller ej, for ellers er der andre optioner i byen. 1. Morgenmad, det må siges at den er under al kritik, en meget lille buffet uden det store udvalg og anrettet som du finder på hotellet der blot har 1- 2 stjerner, der bliver pointeret flere gange at man KUN må vælge en af de yderligere få varme retter på menukortet; med priser på +400 EUR per nat er det fuldstændigt uacceptabelt. Meget ærgerligt at morgenmaden er så ringe da man ellers har de perfekte omgivelser med en lille oase i midten af PCM 2. Spa, det skal siges at SPAen ikke ligger på matriklen men 2 min på gåben i en anden bygning- der er 1 sauna og et dampbad i kælderen af denne bygning, jeg ville ikke kalde det spa faciliteter, og gåturen gør det mere besværligt end det man får ud af det. Facit: Top-karakterer på stedet og service, men hvis man er glad for morgenmad og spa-faciliteter så er PCM bestemt ikke stedet. For os betyder det at vi ikke ville vende tilbage til PCM næste gang vi er i Palma.
