Pros: nice staff, family-friendly, not crammed, nice looking hotel, good quality food, quiet enough considering it's proximity to the main Palma strip of bars.
Cons: Small non-heated pool, same breakfast selection daily with little to no variance between days, only one meat, fish, or veg dinner options per day.

My 11 year old son and I loved this hotel. Modern, very clean, spacious, great amenities. Having breakfast go until 1 pm is amazing. The dinner for half boarders is a La carte and a as sometimes confusing but always delicious. Had a *terrific* massage at the spa by Cati. The hotel twice arranged rental cars for us, in which the agency delivers you a car. Notable is you rent for “one day” but the car is due back at the hotel by 8-10 pm. Location was it extremely walkable to the beach, restaurants etc. As others mentioned, the shower is weird but whatever.
The biggest plus of this place is the staff. They go above and beyond repeatedly to make your stay wonderful. I cannot say enough about the front desk, bar and restaurant staff. The whole hotel smells amazing as well.
Everyone speaks English and German quite well.

Hotel muito bom. Peguei um quarto perto da recepção, tinha barulhos mas de pronto me mudaram para quarto silencioso. Ótima equipe de atendimento. Para nós não foi tanto agradável por ser local repleto de Alemaos que procuram diversão.

Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen, eine kleine und vor allem ruhige Oase mitten im wilden Geschehen. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. fußläufig ist alles Wichtige zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Strand etc. Wir hatten ein Swim-Up Zimmer, der Aufpreis lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Wir konnten direkt nach Ankunft am Vormittag in unser Zimmer, da dies schon fertig war. Die Zimmer sind modern aber minimalistisch eingerichtet - man hat alles was man braucht, außer man möchte seine Klamotten auspacken. Wir hatten ein Swim-Up Zimmer, dies war ebenfalls perfekt für uns - einzig allein eine Möglichkeit für den Sonnenschutz hätte einem von uns gefehlt, für Fans von der Sonne war es perfekt! Man konnte in Ruhe entspannen. Die Lage war ebenfalls super, man konnte zu Fuß den Ballermann erreichen, allerdings war man weit davon entfernt das man im Hotel nichts davon mitbekam. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Tolle Lage zum Strand. Poolbereich auch sehr schön. Einzige Nachteil, die Türen zudem Zimmern sind anscheinend nicht Schallisoliert und man hört alles was im Flur passiert. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer super sauber und modern. Haben uns sicher gefühlt und Strand/Partymeile war innerhalb von 5 min erreichbar, wenn man Lust hatte auf etwas Trubel. Die Insel ist toll und definitiv eine Reise wert.

Important as a young solo traveller to be aware of the demographics of the area. This area is purely young German tourists with some nuisance once the drinks are flowing Not an issue in itself, but as a young solo Brit, it was rather intimidating.

Ich war schon des Öfteren in diesem Hotel und buche es immer wieder! Das Personal ist super freundlich und wenn es mal Probleme gibt, dann wird alles gemacht um diese aus dem Weg zu schaffen !:)

Ein Top-Hotel am Rande der Party-Straßen. Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich, das Essen sehr lecker und die Zimmer klasse.
Die Hotels nebendran machen leider teilweise sehr lange laute Musik.

Wir waren das zweite Mal Gast in diesem Hotel und können nur positives berichten. Besonders der Service ist hervorzuheben. Gerade bei vielen Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten ist es für uns nicht immer einfach ein gutes Hotel zu finden. Wir haben unseren Favoriten in dieser Gegend gefunden. Vielen Dank Cloe für das gute Essen, den tollen Service und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und wir mögen die Lage des Hotels sehr. Wir kommen sicher wieder :)

It was an ok stay. Nice view from the room. Easy access to transportation although we used mostly Ubers during our stay. There is a lovely strip about 4 minutes walk from the hotel that we didn’t discover till the night before we left so we spent the afternoon after checking out just walking along the beach. Was disappointed because we were assured we would be able to pay for late check out but they changed their tune the morning of which disrupted my plans so wasn’t a very happy girl on check out. Food was mid. Massage session was mid also. Could have spent my money on something better. Facilities are ok for off season with not as many guests. Overall ok hotel. Would I stay there again? Doubt it.
