Great hotel, very well maintained and nice decor. Only negative would be the lack of AC in the hotel rooms.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I was part of a party that booked 3 rooms, 2 self catering and 1 all inclusive with a pool view. All the rooms were modern and well equiped. The staff were friendly and really helpful with especially myself when i needed a change in room due to a foul smell and I ended up getting to look at multiple available rooms so i had the best stay. The daily housekeeping was good but the housekeepers would walk in on you anytime from 9am to 2pm if you didnt set your room to do not disturb. This caught a few of our party out at the worst times! The pool view rooms were great for watching evening entertainment from your balcony, but they were facing the noisy las americas strip. The other side was a lot quieter, but there was a lot of smoking going on on the dead end steet below, which i could imagine being annoying when its summer due to rooms not having A/C. Overall i enjoyed my stay here and for how central you are to the action in las americas, i think the downsides we had are hard to avoid.

Our first impression of the hotel was from a rather unfriendly female hotel receptionist who gave abrupt answers and provided little information on our arrival. Fortunately that was our only negative experience as everything else from accommodation, location, facilties and all other staff was excellent.

Great hotel in Porto. Quiet and just close enough to the city centre by walking distance. Booked three nights and had a calm and nice stay.

Recently refurbished. Rooms were good. Clean and well presented

Mye duer i bassengområdet. Duene spiser mat på bordene. Due skit på stoler og solsenger. Fint og opp pusset hotell. Mye høy musikk fra barene og restaurantene nedenfor hotellet til langt på natt, slik har det vert i mange år. God mat i restauranten.

Ubicado en posición perfecta para recorrer Playa de Las Americas y Los Cristianos caminando. Cerca de la playa. Habitación muy bonita, nueva, luminosa, cama confortable. Limpieza impecable. Personal amable y cordial. Restaurante buffet con buena oferta de comida. Recomendado

Perfect location to explore Las Americas. Close to bars and shopping, but also perfect to get to the beach.

Bra hotel med alt som trengs. Veldig nærme til alt av strand, shopping, mat og aktiviteter. Hatt en en fin opplevelse med oppholdet og kommer tilbake. Anbefaler sterk hotellet 😊🌞

2nd time stayed here, great area and accommodation. Word of warning, beach towels on sunbeds are removed after 1 hr to be fair to other guests, so don’t follow the crowd and be fair. Recommended for families and groups . Fab restaurants in area, row of bars below the hotel ( no sound can be heard)

Sentralt og god beliggenhet

Fint och rent hotell. Vänlig personal. God ordning vid bassängen, tillåter inte att folk springer ner och lägger ut handdukar för att reservera solstolar, mycket bra!!
