Moyennement propre, cheveux dans le lit, calcaire sur le sol de la salle de bain, miroir moyen. Lit confortable. Très bruyant le matin, je n'ai pas pu me reposer autant que je l'aurais souhaité. Le réceptionniste était super agréable. Maigres tout, cette réservation m'a bien dépannée et était disponible en dernière minute.

It was absolutely amazing. The environment and ambience was incredible. The staff were always available and very helpful. There was music at the bar every evening and the breakfast was really lovely too

Staff are absolutely fantastic at this resort, thankfully, as expedia telephone agents absolutely messed things up for my family's holiday and the staff here helped us through the most stressful evening with care, patience and good thought. For that i am forever grateful 🙏

Vielen Dank für den Empfang zu unserer Silberhochzeit im Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, nicht hellhörig. Anlage verteilt sich über mehrere Ebenen, daher wirkt es nie überfüllt. Essen war reichlich, Service super freundlich- DANKE

Super hotellejlighed med en stor balkon med udsigt til bjergsiden, hvor der var sol fra morgen til aften. Lejligheden var OK udstyret. Venligt personale

Hotel muy antiguo e incómodo, el parking muy lejos y si no tienes coche muy difícil moverte

Wir waren zur Karnevalszeit auf Teneriffa und waren froh, einen Parkplatz zu haben, dieser war zwar kostenpflichtig aber unbedingt notwendig, es wird in Puerto de la Cruz immer schwieriger, einen Parkplatz zu finden… Die Anlage hat einen schönen Garten, die Häuser sind zwar alt, aber innen ist alles schön renoviert, alle sind nett und geben sich Mühe, wir würden das Parque Vacacional Edén wieder besuchen.

Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Schöne, ruhige Lage. Etwas erhöht über der Stadt mit Fussmarsch, Hotelbus oder Taxi. Taxe für Hotelsafe dürfte im Tagespreis enthalten sein. Bar ist eher eine Kinderdisco!

Best stay! 15nights Flamboyan TOP!!! Complejo antiquado, pero se nota que lo cuidan con cariño. No hace falta exagerar… Hay algun desperfecto, si! Pero QUE TE esperas de un 3*** de 1970?? Parece ir mejorando…! -Habitaciones acorde a la categoria ***+ aparthotel* -Jardines preciosos! -Minigolf!! (basico) -Restaurante “A la carta” Flamboyan Horario Jueves-Sabado 19:30- 22horas, aprox! -desayuno con detalles cuidados - 3 piscinas/1 climatizada/ 1 “con vistas” / 1 familiar - 2 lovely cats arround the gardens (not infested at all or we would have gotten flee bites) Nos ENCANTÓ!! Resumamos: No estas en el Ritz Carlton. Pa eso vete a pagar lo que corresponda!! :) El DESAYUNO; Genial!! Pa 3ESTRELLAS?? No veas… Hay algún desperfecto; falta alguna fruta, o que hagan una macedonia. Al mismo tiempo tienen “un día sí”, “un día no” UN LACÓN entero pa cortar -a mano, o una sobrasada tamaño tripa-GRANDE de calidad!!🔥 La Miel gotea de una panela real, y puedes cortar trozos de ella si lo deseas!! Hay una maquina pa mini-pancackes, con su estacion de toppings (nutella, spinkles arcoiris, etc) pa ayudar con la diabetes, tartitas, donuts, tortilla española, bacon, mas bacon, cereales, leches vegetales/ sin lactosa, embutido, arroz, beans, ensaladas, fruta en conserva, y diversas cosas mas pa elegir. Completo! Tambien destacar la GRAN seleccion de bolleria, pan de todas clases, y dulces que iban variando pa los golososz. Resto de la reseña en googl

Bella struttura con parco bellissimo, piscina, e un area verde con attrezzi ginnici. Cibo ottimo, e anche troppo abbondante. Personale molto gentile, anche se l’italiano è un po’ tabù. Si trova un po’ distante dalle spiagge cittadine, e purtroppo i parcheggi sono difficoltosi. L’hotel è in una zona tranquilla, ma Puerto de la Cruz è caotica. Ci tornerei? Nell’hotel sicuramente, ma per il resto non credo.

The property is good value for money, the apartment had everything I needed and it was very clean and in good condition. The bad points are - no air conditioning! (In Tenerife!!) and it was VERY noisy in the evening and morning due to my location being directly above a restaurant. I would have asked to move but I imagine a higher floor would have been even hotter and unbearable with no aircon! Also the parking situation is rather expensive.

En recepcion muy amables, los camareros en la cena muy atentos y serviciales. Todo muy limpio y tranquilo. El parking muy barato y recomendable sale a 5€

Very disappointed with Eden! No air conditioning or ceiling fans, it was like waking into a sauna when checked in. Had to pay 20 euros deposit for a small heater/fan which was noisy and didn't blow cool air. The building is on a very steep hill making it difficult to go anywhere without taxi or pre-arranged transport. Building is a quite old and needs refurbishment including the bedrooms. Had mosquitoes, spiders, insects and lizards in the apartment and the room phone was out of order during the whole stay. Wifi only works in the main reception area, there is no Wifi signal in the bedrooms. A typical 3 Star premises.

Not a four star hotel!!!!!! Very nice staff but the building is very old and dirty, the apartment I booked was very uncomfortable, couldn’t access the stove because there was a door blocking it. The bathroom had a sewer smell very nasty and the shower was so old that it looked dirty.

Bien dans l'ensemble surtout par rapport au prix, cependant l'hôtel est quelque peut vétuste,le ménage des chambres est acceptable mais pas top non plus,je ne vous conseille pas de prendre la pension complète a mon sens juste un ou deux repas ferons l'affaire car le buffet n'es pas génial (il font payé l'eau)et les restaurants ne sont pas très cher.Ne vous fiez pas a la description aucun employé ne parle français ce n'est pas grave en soit mais certains ne parle même pas anglais ce qui est un problème. J'ai quand même passé un très bon séjour ca fera carrément l'affaire pour un voyage je me permets d'être tatillon pour donner un avis objectif.
