Good location, friendly staff, clean room.
However, the air conditioning was not working in our friends’ room. They had to change rooms, but it still wasn’t functional. The nearby streets are too noisy to leave the windows open.
In our room, the mini-fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk, and someone came while we were out, but it never worked during our entire stay. It wasn’t a big issue, but we would have liked to buy some food and keep it cool.
Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel, which is very well located.

We stayed at this hotel in April for 4 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) and had a wonderful experience. We were assigned a connecting family room, which was perfect for us—spacious, comfortable, and very convenient.
The location is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance to La Rambla and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants offering different cuisines. We felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood, even in the evenings.
Getting to the hotel from the airport was also easy and reasonably priced—our taxi cost about €35.
Overall, a fantastic stay for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a central location. Highly recommend!

Walls are really thin (could sometimes hear people's conversations and shower) but wasn't an issue as I didn't hear anything after 11pm and was able to sleep soundly. Area is nice and staff is really kind!
About a 8-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Plenty of restaurants around.

Bonjour,
Suite à ma réclamation concernant ma première chambre, le personnel de l’hôtel m’a gentiment fait changer de chambre. Je les remercie sincèrement pour leur attention. L’hôtel était très bien situé, ce qui m’a permis de tout faire à pied.

Früstücksbuffet biete eine große Auswahl. Professioneller Umgang mit Beschwerden. Betten sind bequem. Kühlschränke kühlen nur gering. Im Frühstücksraum schauen Kabel aus der Wand. In dem kleinen Pool kann man stehen (ca. 1 m tief) und nicht wirklich schwimmen. Zimmer sind ansprechend ausgestattet.

Værelset var virkelig varmt, der var en blæser, men den blæste minimal luft ind.
Vi kunne ikke lufte ud, så det var konsekvent 33 grader på værelset.
Køleskabet virkede heller ikke, så vi kunne heller ikke få kolde drikkevare.
Da vi så sagde det til receptionen, ville de sende en tekniker, men intet virkede og ingen opfølgning fra receptionen, vi endte med at leve med det! Træls oplevese, forstår ikke de har 4 stjerner

This was a very pleasant hotel and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and there were 2 complimentary waters in the room. The rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear every conversation in the hallways . The hotel on some level reminded me more of a Hostel than a hotel . But I would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel bien placé dans la ville, les chambres sont propres , personnels est gentil.
L’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas , nous avons donc changé de chambre et l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas non plus, alors il faisait chaud. La 2e chambre était du côté de la rue, c’est très bruyant avec la fenêtre ouverte.
Lit moyennement confortable.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff where a bit rude and not very helpful. One day on our stay the rain was bad, after asking for towels the man on the desk just looked at us and handed 2 small towels. Very ignorant towards me and my partner. The hotel was however clean and good location.

About a 8-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Plenty of restaurants around.

This was a very pleasant hotel and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and there were 2 complimentary waters in the room. The rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear every conversation in the hallways . The hotel on some level reminded me more of a Hostel than a hotel . But I would definitely stay here again.
