We we're on the 3rd floor so our view was of the pool and the bins. Had to buy bleach to clean the bathroom. Apartment was comfortable and bedding was clean. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The free bus was a great bonus.

Great, helpful staff, clean hotel, very hilly and many steps - not good for people with mobility issues

Lovely apartments, 4th tin red I’ve stayed here, but if steep hill ti walk up but not bad if you enjoy walking. Reception staff were amazing and very helpful. Thanks so much for our stay.

Rooms and location great and quiet, not too far to walk to the strip or beachfront, clean and nice views

Lovely clean apartment, full use of sister hotel next door, staff very friendly and accommodating, 3rd time I’ve stayed here and will return again.

It was good. Air conditioner needs long time to start cooling.View from balcony is amazing from Panoramic apartment.Make sure you must throw away all rubbish before check out otherwise you can’t get your deposit.

Absolutely awful experience for the start! First my requests werent even answered or acknowledged and secondly I checked out the next morning after what should have been a four night stay! I felt so unsafe there! Someone was trying to get in my room! The noise was horrific and very rowdy. Not suitable for solo traveller. Would definitely not recommend

Plusieurs problèmes que je ne peux pas répertorier ici mais de manière générale, plusieurs incidents, dont un problème d'odeur horrible dans la salle de bain qui malgre la venue de techniciens plusieurs fois, n'a pas été résolu. La réception n'est pas dans l'immeuble donc une perte de temps a chaque fois pour s'y rendre. Au bout de plusieurs réclamations , on nous a changé de chambre , donc toutes les affaires à remballer , déménager... Plus des fuites d'eau quand on prenait la douche. Un technicien est rentré sans frapper dans l'appartement et s'est retrouvé face a face avec ma femme qui sortait de la douche en panique. Bref, un séjour court de 3 jours qui ne nous a pas permis du tout de se relaxer.

Not suitable for everyone. It’s very hard to get to but the hotel and apartments are nice. The deposit is abit steep but atleast we will get it back. I think they should allow more time on the rooms it’s a 5pm check in and 10am check out that’s the worst we’ve ever had and we travel a lot

For the money the facilities are ideal, we had two bathrooms and two bedrooms plus plenty of space. Not the most luxurious but it didn’t cost the earth. If you want somewhere clean to stay, this is ideal a little bit out of the way but there are free transfers 50m down the road that run regularly.

Goed en fijn apartement.

Large well equipped apartment with views across Benidorm. Clean. Can’t fault it. The hill up to it was tough
