We were staying in room 008 which is in the floor and had no natural lighting. I asked for a different room but I was told everything was booked and they’ll contact me if something comes up. Unfortunately, I did not hear from them so we spent four nights in uncomfortable conditions. No amneties

Great location. Room was spacious and clean and bed very comfortable. Just could do with a proper kettle.

Appartement fonctionnel bien équipé calme et propre. Lits confortables. Personnel très sympathique et parlant français

Enjoyed the spacious apartment. Did not cook though so can’t comment about the kitchen.

El apartamento staba muy limpio y muy bien provisto. El staff también muy agradable. Le faltaba un extractor de aire en el baño y una cala de seguridad

This is a two star property, not a three stars for sure. While property was clean, there was an unpleasant smell. On a good side- they have a parking garage and area still in a walking distance

The reception was very welcoming, and the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great — very convenient and easy to access the Old Town, which we really appreciated. However, the overall sleep quality was quite poor. There seemed to be an air conditioning unit or some kind of machinery on the roof that ran constantly during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, it resulted in two sleepless nights for our family. If we had stayed another night, I would have definitely asked to change rooms. It may be a small maintenance issue that just needs checking, as it doesn’t seem anyone has mentioned it before to reception. Hopefully, this can be looked into soon because otherwise, it’s a nice place with great staff and a very good location.

Great stay. Not too far from the center downtown, very walkable to everything you need. Spacious room, with kitchen and all things you may need. Everything was clean, and staff were very friendly.

En pleno centro de Triana. Alojamiento limpio, habitación separada del resto. Supermercados justo debajo, personal muy amable. Cocina equipada. Posibilidad de parking privado aunque se puede aparcar en los alrededores.

Ideal location, close to central Sevilla (20 mins walk) but with bars and restaurants close by. Apartment spacious, modern with good fixtures and fittings, comfy bed. Didn't use sofa bed in lounge as a bed, but arm appeared faulty, otherwise ok.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, com muitos mercados e centros de compras ao redor, além de estar no centro de Triana. Fácil acesso ao centro histórico de Sevilla. Transporte há alguns metros para varios lugares. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e gentil.

There was nothing in particular to dislike, the stay was pretty average. There is a receptionist at the front and the room was pretty spacious. The check in was in person and it was also not in great walking distance of the touristy stuff, as it is across the river. Since I went in august, there was not many people or nightlife but across the river there was definitely more people and things to do.

Advertised as being able to accomodate 6 people but that is untrue and may at best accomodate a max of 4 people. Staff was very unhelpful and seemed to not want to be bothered. Property would benefit from having a compilation of nearby attractions or even just be able to show the many restaurant options in the nearby vicinity. I will NOT revisit this peoperty.

Wonderful service, and wonderful place to stay. The location allows you to walk and explore the city!
