There was nothing in particular to dislike, the stay was pretty average. There is a receptionist at the front and the room was pretty spacious. The check in was in person and it was also not in great walking distance of the touristy stuff, as it is across the river. Since I went in august, there was not many people or nightlife but across the river there was definitely more people and things to do.

Advertised as being able to accomodate 6 people but that is untrue and may at best accomodate a max of 4 people. Staff was very unhelpful and seemed to not want to be bothered. Property would benefit from having a compilation of nearby attractions or even just be able to show the many restaurant options in the nearby vicinity. I will NOT revisit this peoperty.

Nous sommes arrivés à minuit avec un enfant de trois ans, et à notre grande surprise, la réception était fermée et il n’y avait absolument personne sur place. Le numéro affiché à l’entrée nous a mis en relation avec une personne qui nous a simplement répondu qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire, car elle se trouvait à Barcelone. Une expérience très décevante, surtout avec un jeune enfant en pleine nuit.

Well maintained property and close to key tourist attractions. Parking is available for a additional fee (16 Euros per day I think); however it might be tricky to park. Had some issues with exiting the parking which wasnt straightforward at the time.

Big spaceous rooms. A bit dated.

Excellent location only 15min from the historical district. The apartment was very clean and functional and they were able to provide parking (€16 day, but worth it). Overall great accommodation and reasonable price.

Great location and very spacious. It was a bit weird to have to take out our own trash but it was fine. Photos were a lot brighter than the actual room but it was an affordable, big room.

Très grand logement, bien climatisé, propre et très bien situé. Stationnement facile d’accès.

Buena atención en recepción, tienen un acuerdo con un hotel enfrente para estacionar el coche, el estacionamiento es cómodo y seguro. Lo que no nos gusto fue que nos toco una habitación oscura, subterránea, limpia pero incómoda en ese sentido, por lo demás todo bien. La zona no es muy turística, es decir es mas bien local, el hotel esta a un lado de la casa del migrante pero a pesar de esto no se siente insegura. Tiene cafés y super mercados, una lavandería y farmacia, todo para resolver lo necesario.

Bathroom door could be better placed, some mold in bathroom because no ventilation. Overall the hotel was very good, worth the stay.

Brilliant place to stay in Seville. Clean and safe. With a small kitchen we could prepare vegetarian meals easily and cheaply using local produce. Cleaning staff and reception were very good.

Cet appart'hôtel est un peu vieux. J'espère qu'ils pourront fournir des sachets de thé et du café car d'autres hôtels d'appartements similaires les fournissent gratuitement.

We really enjoyed the location near local shops, markets and restaurants in Triana district. Can strongly recommend it. Reception was also super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

The hotel was amazing. Clean. The staff was very helpful. It’s a 15min walk to the cathedral. Note: this is just an FYI. You have to pay for the safe, you have to pay for the Coffe pot and coffee pods. Laundry. Parking.
