Yes staff were excellent, lovely pool only downside was Wi-Fi was poor in apartments had to go to reception to get signal

Our room was spotless and cleaned every day . Staff were very courteous and helpful would definitely stay there again

Lots of choice for breakfast but hot food selection was cold every day. Rooms need updating, no cutlery or plates. Wifi non existant in room only a sigmalin reception

Staff were friendly and helpful at reception on both arrival and departure. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was regularly replenished. The room was cleaned daily.

Apartment need updating . Put some instruction in apartment tv etc Little atmosphere in bar in evening I would put you at 3 star . Apartments expensive for what you offer Positives beds are comfy and resort is quiet

Nice hotel but we paid for a room with air con which did little more than just make noise rather than cool the apartment. Wifi didn't work and room was below hot tub so huge noise during the day. Could hear music at night also

This is a really solid place to stay in Puerto Del Carmen. It has a decent bar/restaurant that serves a good breakfast which was included in the price of the hotel. It has a nice pool area and a great sun deck area with a jacuzzi. It’s located just off the main strip so it’s very close to everything without having to deal with big hills, yet it doesn’t get any of the noise from being so close. The staff were also very friendly and cleaners came by daily. My only issues were that the air conditioning in the rooms does not work (it was the same in all three rooms my family were in) which was disappointing because you expect to get AC when it’s advertised. They did provide a fan which made sleeping more comfortable but it’s worth noting if that’s a dealbreaker for you. Also while the rooms themselves are comfortable and provide you with everything you need for a vacation, they are a little tired and could do with an update.

Fantastic location. The staff were so nice. Especially the lifeguard on duty. She was fantastic with families. Not enough sunbeds which is a pity. The wifi wasnt consistent and i kept loosing it from my phone when in my apartment

Staff were mainly lovely and this is a good base for local diving and/or taking in local sights. Breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve had abroad but quality seems much better at the weekends. Fridge/freezer is really handy. Aircon is not “typical” aircon, it’s a fan system with 3 controls. Room never really cools down. People queue from 7.30am to reserve beds - this didn’t impact us as we were diving but beds very quickly get reserved with towels. Little attention to small things ie shower gel and hand wash were empty upon check in, bath towels one day weren’t replaced and it took us an hour to get them from asking for replacements. Some days the shower mat went missing and no tea towels until final day.

Staff were lovely, helpful and approachable! We have arrived home today, it’s getting a lot busier there, so not sure if there are enough sun beds for the apartments. I know some people prefer the beach, but not sure how difficult it would be to get one in the height of the Summer. Apartments were nice, our internal doors didn’t close properly, but that’s a minor issue, they did shave a bit off the bedroom door as it wouldn’t move. We did have issues with some noise, as we could hear the conversations of those people in the apartments below quite clearly. We were on the 3rd floor and the noise was coming up from inside the walls in the kitchen. It was very strange, never had this before. It was unfortunate that the people on the ground floor were very loud and argued quite a lot especially with their daughter. Apartments are nicely positioned for the old town.

Very clean, good breakfast. Good location and easy to walk to all local amenities

This was our 2nd time here. Lovely little hotel. Close to the old town and new. Beach only a 5 minute walk away.

Fantastic property and top level staff who would do anything to help you. The property is small allowing easy access to the pool and bar and restaurant areas. This was a big plus for me. Other hotels on the island are massive with long walks. The proximity to facilities from our room was no longer than 10 yards, which helped with my fathers mobility issues. We will definitely be back.

This was our third time to stay here and the apartment , staff, food , cleanliness & communication were just excellent !! Can be pricey but we booked extra early this time (3 months prior ) and got a great deal !!

Our apartment was a lovely room on the third floor with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean with a daily service. Decor is a tad dated but had everything we needed. Service is excellent - all staff were super friendly & helpful. The pool area was very clean too, with complementary towels provided throughout the stay. Location is great - everything within an easy walk. I would happily stay here again!

Stayed here for a relaxing weeks holiday. Very very happy. Would definitely come back!.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was spot on.Everything you would need is a short walk. Breakfast was a really great selection. Had a couple of nights of entertainment. One was a great singer the other a lovely guy playing Spanish guitar. Both a felt were underappreciated as to a lack of turn out and lack of awareness unfortunately. But very much enjoyed. My only small gripe and im finding it hard to be negative is that you have to adapt to things quickly as you don't get much info on arrival. But like i say thats me being picky.Also the bar prices are not inflated like a hotel.So again another positive. Over all 9.9 out of 10

Rooms spotless, pool area very well kept, staff excellent (and always helpful), breakfast great. Can't fault hotel.
