Charming hotel, clean room, good Wi-Fi. Hosts were very helpful. Location was fantastic. This is a unique property and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

Friendly and helpful. No windows in the room except small opening to another corridor. But comfortable and well located

Check in aborted for 15 minutes arriving earlier , tiny room , solarium creepy , location ok . But I’ll never go back there is plenty offer in the area much better for €5 more a night , don’t ruin your holidays or break with arrogant people.

Stanza non molto grande ma con tutti i confort, aria condizionata, prodotti per il bagno, letto comodo. Pulizia ok. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Es lamentable enmascarar la cutrez con hotel con encanto. La barra de las cortinas del Ikea se caen cuando vas a correr las cortinas, ponle unos topes , hombre!! Te levantas con dolor de espalda, gracias a su maravilloso colchón destartalado de 1,35 x 1,90. Tienes que subir 3 pisos y no hay ascensor. Por cierto, la habitación era de clase superior, con poca intimidad, gracias a su puerta de cristal.

Die Unterkunft ist schön aber echt sehr laut. Es kann sein, dass man mitten in der Nacht aus dem Schlaf wegen dem Lärm geweckt wird.

Chambre au 3ème etage sans ascenceur mais vue terrasse formidable. Possibilité de profiter de la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, correct rapport qualité/prix. Par contre, très mal insonorisé.

Wegen zu lauten Gesprächen bis 4.00 auf der Terasse bekam ich kaum ein auge zu

The hotel was quite traditional, but full of character. There are no coffee/ tea facilities in the room, however there is continental breakfast and plenty of cafes around. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Its dog friendly and has a great top terrace.

Centrally located, friendly front office staff, nice rooftop area with views and sun.

Our room was well designed and comfortable, four poster bed with a great private terrace and lovely views of the old town. The hotel itself is well located and appointed with a good bar and lovely breakfast room. Just an observation and not a criticism, the light fittings are positioned to low and there are some repairs and new furnishings required to bring things to the highest standard.

Bon emplacement pour visiter la vieille ville. Pas de parking propre à l’hôtel : mieux vaut aller directement au parking public tout proche et éviter ainsi de parcourir les petites rues ! Bon accueil et service de petit-déjeuner sur le toit terrasse

Wunderschönes Hotel in Arcos de la Frontera. Sehr netter Empfang & sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Liegt in der Altstadt von Arcos. Tiefgarage gleich um die Ecke wenn man mit dem Auto reist. Frühstück gibt es für 5€ am Tag, Abends auch Getränke an der Bar. Kann dieses Hotel nur jedem weiterempfehlen!
