Hemos pasado dos días y dos noches en este céntrico hotel, con una habitación amplia y buen equipamiento. Además, el personal es muy amable y atenta. Una experiencia agradable y a repetir.

Nice property with a lot of charm, walking distance to town and restaurants , very quiet and spacious rooms , good bed , not easy to park around but we were super lucky !

El alojamiento está genial. La ubicación al lado del centro pero justo donde se empieza a subir de nivel, así que el camino es empinado. No hay muchas opciones de aparcamiento cerca, pero eso ocurre en todo Sanlucar.

Das Hotel ist in ein wundervolles historische Gebäude in der Oberstadt, nur wenige Gehminuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Begrüßung war freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und leider war es sehr hellhörig - sowohl was das Nachbarzimmer angeht als auch den Lärm von der Straße. Das Bett war zwar klein, aber sehr bequem. Die Zimmer und Bad sauber, aber wirklich schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service beim Frühstück sehr freundlich, die Qualität der Speisen und die Auswahl aber sehr durchschnittlich - ein solches Ambiente in einem so monumentalen Gebäude hätte hier besseres verdient. Rundum ok für eine Nacht, zumal man den recht günstigen Preis berücksichtigen muss.

Beautiful mini palace in the centre of the old town tastefully decorated and with a variety of different rooms - all different and interesting.

Nous avons été accueilli par deux femmes de ménage qui étaient extrêmement désagréable et qu’on avait vraiment l’air de déranger. Nous n’étions pas les bienvenus. C’est dommage car quand nous étions venus l’année dernière l’accueil était très sympathique par le personnel de réception. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette hôtel.

Très bel endroit et très bien situé entre le quartier haut et le quartier bas. Facile de se garer et on peut ensuite tout faire à pied

Me gusto mucho el estilo y conservación del hotel. La amplitud limpieza y bienestar de la habitación. No me gusto el desayuno.

Ubicación y entorno inmejorables para el descanso.

Problema de seguridad en la habitación 34 por escalón de gran altura sin iluminar de noche a la entrada de la misma.

Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de sanlucar, con una decoracion antigua y muy bonita. La habitacion muy grande y limpia

Très beau bâtiment mais les chambres sont décevantes, la propreté approximative et le service pas très agréable. En revanche San Lucar est une très jolie petite ville et l'hôtel est bien situé malgré l'absence de parking...Un mauvais rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel de charme mal tenu.
