Everything was perfect except the animation for the children or some night show

The staff were all incredibly friendly all the time. A lovely place for families

Based on our 3 nights stay here I’m overall disappointed in this hotel claiming to be a 4 star hotel (in my experience, having travelled globally for the past 30 years, it is not!). PRO’s: - Spacious rooms - Recently renovated bathrooms in B section - decently cozy compound and layout - Food at snack bar was good - Reception was friendly CON’s: - Eating at breakfast and dinner among screaming, out of control kids, taking food with their hands, tasting food and putting it back, is a hygienic nightmare. - Food quality is generally low and definitely not 4 star - Coffee at snack bar was virtually undrinkable - Hotel is generally worn down in many areas, eg so called “spa area” and halls - Pool and public areas are dominated by small kids (we travelled with teenagers) If traveling to this part of Mallorca again I’d choose another accommodation.

Very friendly personel, ready to serve and help you anytime, always with a smile on their face. THe hotel itself was clean, had everything a family could ask for with daily activities for the kids, tasty food with a theme day every day. We will visit again next year for sure!

Hotel was perfekt, service on the top ! I was surprised how they menaged to make all guests happy. Thanks for having us.

The staff were so helpful, the food options were fantastic and the entire complex very clean, well organised, professional and just great all round.

The room and staff were lovely. There was always extra care taken to look after guests and events such as evening performances and kids activities made it a really welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options for everyone. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and thank you to all who made it so perfect.

Really nice hotel, family really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good quality (omelette station and fresh pastries personal favourites) , food at bar not over priced and good quality and location was perfect (close to many restaurants and beach not far). Indoor swimming was a great option as was heated (outdoor was not heated but kids didn’t seem to mind). We also enjoyed playing table tennis in between swimming and chilling at the pool. We would go back again for sure as thought it was very good value.

Ich war mit meiner Frau und meinen beiden Kindern hier und es war wunderbar. Ich möchte wiederkommen.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schlechte Gerüche im Whirlpool Rost an den Liegen die Auflagen schmutzig. Die Bilder zeigen eine völlig andere Perspektive.

Super freundliches Personal, tolle Anlage, schöne Zimmer und sehr gutes Essen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Schönes Familienhotel. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Schade dass es keine All Inclusive gibt. Sonst ausnahmslos super
