The service was brilliant , friendly staffs, very helpful for special needs. The location is perfect, few metro stations nearby. Convenience store just next to the hotel. The room is big , good enough for 3 ppl.

Fantastic location easy to find

Good location: cozy hotel located in the quite alley but convenient to Opera house ( plaza de Isabel II) Good staff: fridendly, helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

La chambre était mignonne, le lit super confortable et il y avait beaucoup de rangements (sauf la salle de bains). Le seul hic a été le bruit : au 2eme étage, on écoutait les pas des voisins du dessus et on écoutait aussi les allées et venues dans les couloirs. Léger problème d’isolation.

Excelente! Hotel nuevo, muy colorido, mucho espacio en habitaciones, el desayuno es muy bueno; solo que si se acaba la comida tardan un poco en rellenar porque lo hacen al instante. El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, me encantó es de los mejores hoteles en los que e estado en Madrid.

Pertinho do metrô Opera! Tem elevador para subir e descer com as malas nessa estação. Tem um mercado ao lado do hotel e isso facilita muito. Várias opções de restaurantes e lojinhas. Equipe incrível, cuidadosa e ótimo café da manhã. M Eu dei sorte de pegar o dia 6 de janeiro na cidade, que é comemorado Dia de Reis. Eles me receberam com chocolates dos Reis e no café da manhã do dia seguinte dia o Roscon de Reyes, um doce tradicional que eu AMEI. O café da manhã era super completo e gostoso. O quarto é grande e a limpeza é ótima! Gostaríamos de agradecer o incrível atendimento de todos, em especial o senhor José que foi incrível e super simpático! Parabéns a todos, amamos e com certeza quando voltarmos a Madri, será o lugar que ficaremos. ❤️ Bia, Alex e Helena

We had an excellent stay at Room Mate Mario. The check-in process was seamless and the staff was incredibly accommodating. We arrived early and, although our room wasn’t ready yet, they gave us a clear timeline of one hour and provided a great recommendation for a local brunch spot nearby. True to their word, the room was ready exactly an hour later. The location is absolutely perfect, it’s very close to Gran Vía, but tucked away enough that it isn't chaotic. It felt very quiet and safe at all times. If you are driving, there is a public parking garage very close by which made logistics easy. The room itself was very clean. We did experience a brief power interruption during our stay, but it was an issue with the local area, not the hotel itself. I was very impressed with how the hotel handled it; they notified us immediately when the power went out and followed up right away to check on us once it was back on. Great communication and a wonderful stay overall!

A comfortable room in a great location -- near Sol, a few steps from the Opera Metro, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly. Not a lot of frills, but everything is great.

Didn’t have breakfast here but I love the location!
