Hotel staff were very helpful to advise car parking

This is a very old property with zero sound proof. The shower was so tiny that we touch the curtains and the wall. Not even a single luggage rack or table to put your luggage on. We booked basic on the excellent reviews but seem to be about a totally different place. Are they fake??

Nice hotel in a good location close to city centre. Large room & bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean. Friendly & helpful staff.

Very nice and helpful people works in this hotel. They will answer all questions and support you with a parking, which could be tricky in the center of Granada. Highly recommend!

２泊しました。 写真で見ると古そうな感じだったので少し心配でしたが、全く問題ありませんでした。 スタッフの方もとても親切で、ランドリーの設備がなかったので近くのコインランドリーを教えてもらいました。 お値段も丁度良く、素泊まりでたくさん観光する方におすすめです。

Great location but don’t drive here as v difficult to find although very near cathedral and great for evenings. Staff great and hotel v clean .. does what it says ..

Overall, we had an excellent stay - great location and really helpful staff. Tea/coffee in the room and a slightly comfier bed would have made it perfect!

O hotel é muito bem localizado. O quarto é bem grande, com muitos armários e bem confortável. O banheiro era enorme. O atendimento era bom. Gostamos de tudo!

The hotel staff were all helpful and the room was clean. We loved the neighborhood. The room, however, had a few annoying points. First, the lights in the hallway automatically turned off and left us in the complete darkness while we were struggling to lock the door with an old-fashioned key. Second, we each had only a blanket on the bed, so it was too cold for me to sleep without my wool sweater and socks under my pajamas and my friend caught a cold. The air-conditioner did work but was loud enough to bother our sleep. To conclude, I'd recommend future guests to bring warm thick underwears and a flashlight.
