The hotel rooms did not have a mirror in each room. It was hard to get ready when there were four people in the room. No facial tissues in bathroom. The shower/bath tub has a half glass covering so the floor gets wet when you shower. We slipped a few times. AC would also turn off automatically and it did that a few times. We also put a do not disturb sign but the maids still came in and cleaned the room. The staff was okay. A few of them were friendly and the others not so much.

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm, tolles Frühstück, schöner Pool mit Bar, ausreichend Liegen, Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge und Airporttransport fußläufig, schöner Spa- Bereich ( 1 h am Tag kostenfrei). Abendessen waren wir nicht im Hotel - es gibt genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung. Insgesamt auch sehr ruhig - bei uns gab es keine Partyurlauber. Der kleine aber schöne Strand ist in etwa 10 min zu erreichen. Dort gibt es Liegen/ Sonnenschirme zu mieten ( wenn man morgens früh dran ist). Leider ist der Weg zum Strand wirklich steil und anstrengend.

Nice but not amazing

Un bémol sur les horaires piscine et spa. Ferme tôt pour une région ensoleillée. Un autre bémol sur le service restauration. Il n’y a pas de services hors les heures de repas à part des chips au bar. Tout était parfait .. personnel sympathique, logement très propre et adapté.

Great photography gives the impression of a more modern hotel, which this really isn’t. We paid for a junior suite, thinking that would feel like an ‘upgrade’ however, it was a two bed room, not a suite. The second bed was a fold out and was made up, along with a cot, despite the property knowing we were travelling as a couple. The advertised terrace was a balcony, and the same for all rooms. The bed was terrible. I think it was plastic but I didn’t look under the covers. It was sweaty though and uncomfortable. Only one pillow, like a sausage, added to the discomfort. Breakfast was very basic. Even two tea bags didn’t make a proper cuppa. A member of staff witnessed a juice spillage, but it was still there when we left. Finally, you're not trusted with the old, tatty beach/pool towels, so you need to exchange them daily for a token. However, the pool guy didn’t appear until after 10 so you were left without a towel. On a positive note, it’s a very convenient location for the marina, which is absolutely beautiful with great restaurants and bars.

Very good service in general. Very clean apartment with a beautiful view at the mountains with a nice sunset every day. Amazing bath. Nice, friendly and chilled out guests. Lots of umbrellas and sun loungers. The sea with clean sandy beach, not overpopulated even on weekends just in 5 min by feet. Gonna be there the next time for sure!

Great stay, exceeded my expectations, pool area lovely, rooms comfortable and clean, location great. The only thing that stopped this being excellent was the food which was not bad at all but not a great selection.

Sales Hotel Marina Portals is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Gorgeous views from our room.

We had a lovely relaxing week. Hotel staff noticed a birthday card in my room and sent a bottle of Cava for us. Thank you. Hotel is close to restaurants and bars. Also walking distance to the marina.

The Property was comfortable and perfectly placed for dining and cafes, very pleasant stay and the staff were impeccable.

On nous a donner une chambre familiale au 2 eme etage sans vu ni sur la mer ni sur le port alors que l établissement n'était pas complet. Buffet petit déjeuner copieux, manquait seulement pain au chocolat et croissant frais.

Fint og rent hotell. Ok frokost og treningsrom. Et lite utendørsbasseng. Oppvarmet innendørsbasseng og spa. 10 minutter til marinaen og stranden. Restauranter og butikker i området.

Super area good hotel we arrived but works were being undertaken outside and around pool but not a real problem as moved areas around to suite staff good food very good
