Long Watch for shuttle bus from the airport. Staff were excellent allowing early checkin after a very long flight. Reception desk staff were very helpful and breakfast staff were very cheerful

The property was conveniently located near the airport wich was excellent, but away from the center of Barcelona wich I had to travel 30 min in car.

Mostly liked our visit here. However, it was advertised as having shuttle to/from AIRPORT and CRUISE PORT. The airport shuttle was fine but when I tried to schedule the cruise port shuttle I was told it was full. I asked later and was told my room did not include shuttle to Cruise port. That was the main reason we booked this hotel. Seems deceptive to me. We will not book here next visit.

The hotel was very modern and the staff was helpful. The breakfast had a pleasing variety of choices and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

It was good proximity to the airport. We were there for one night due to the cancellation of a flight. Very nice, clean, quiet, and modern hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Appreciated the free airport shuttle! A neighborhood walking distance with a small grocery store and restaurants is nearby.

The hotel was clean and staff nice but the accommodations were average. Bare minimum in amenities and towels were thin. For the price, I expected better. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent though.

The shuttle bus service was convenient and made getting around easy. Definitely a big plus!

The front desk attendant, Sidi, was very friendly and very helpful as he was able to answer all of our questions and did so with a smile. The room was modern and clean with plenty of space for three people.

We had a lovely stay here. We arrived at 11 am, jet lagged and looking for a sleep. Our room was ready and the hotel exceeded our expectations. A glass of wine at the rooftop bar and a lovely meal to end the day.

The room was great for a one night stay close to the airport. It was clean and the breakfast was amazing. Why it’s 4 stars only is that it lacks a personal touch. Reception can definitely be improved. I had 2 suitcases and no one offered help me to my room. In addition I had booked a quiet room. When I checked in I confirmed that request. He agreed and the room was facing the main drag. So I had to move to another room which was quiet. Just a little hassle!
