Ich benötige einen Mängelschein. In zwei Wohnungen im Haus, eine gleich nebenan, wurde gebaut. Hämmern, schleifen, bohren, sauggerät jeden Tag bis abends. 7.30 bis 18 Uhr. Auf unsere Bitte, dies wenigstens bis 10 Uhr zu unterlassen, ging man nur einmal ein. Der ganze Baudreck verteilte sich im Appartement. Im kleinen Gartenhof floss das Geröll aus der Nachbarwohnung. Erst wurde uns versprochen, dass die Arbeiten nur noch einen Tag andauern würden (Dienstag) dann reagierte die Frau gar nicht mehr. Erst zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts wieder. Das ist ein äußerst enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Wir fühlen uns betrogen um unsere teure Urlaubsruhe. Da die Arbeiten sicher lange grplant waren, hätte man uns informieren müssen. Das war äußerst unfair.

Spacious and prime location. Very much enjoyed the apartment and overall cleanliness of the place, but there was a strong smell that did not go away. The smell hits you instantly when you walk in the door and possibly coming from the couch and rug. We tried to keep the door open all day so the smell would go away, but it didn’t work. Hints of mold on the bathroom’s ceiling. Otherwise the apartment was very clean! Staff was incredible, friendly, and great with recommendations for the area.

Young couple met us at apartment and made us welcome. It is well situated in the old city 20 mins from centre, lots of bars and restaurants. Would have been perfect any week other than Holy Week when the parades stopped us returning late at night. We were in the top floor apartment which is not good for those who don't like stairs but not an issue for those lower down. Many thanks to Cristina and Alvaro.

Our second stay here. Says it all really. Only had two nights this time. Great location. Not in centre if you consider cathedral the centre but in a great area very close to Feria with lots of bars and restaurants. There are bars and restaurants a very short stroll from the apartment too. Bus station 5 minutes walk if that. Number 32 bus takes you to train station for €2.80 for two. Great base.

Nous avons eu un appartement plus grand que prévu qui était dans un autre bâtiment mais dans le même quartier. L'appartement est plutôt bien placé pour visiter Séville, agréable et entretenu. Seul bémol : la petite climatisation du salon n'est pas suffisante pour rafraichir l'appartement par rapport aux températures de Séville.

We stayed here one night after moving from another hotel. We arranged a check-in time with staff and arrived easily by taxi. We were checked in quickly, but room was not ready. There was no place to stow luggage until room was ready. Apartment was spacious and clean, but there was a moderate amount of street noise. It is a few blocks from Alameda de Hercules, which has many restaurants. It is far from most tourist spots, and the nearest taxi stand is several blocks away, which is inconvenient if one has lots of luggage.

We spent three days at this apartment and were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of a neighbourhood where old traditions meet the newer trends. The apartment is a peaceful respite in a lively area and very convenient. Having the host living in the same building was very convenient.

Washing machine was broken but it was not informed. It was very difficult to meet the person when we wanted to check in. The key was necessary when we wanted to check out but the key was in the room and the door of room was locked.

Nous étions dans l'appartement penthouse avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, sur 2 niveaux, pratique en famille. C'est calme, quartier convivial et calme a 10 minutes du centre a pied. L'appartement est bien équipé et propre, lumineux. La terrasse agréable manque juste d'un parasol.

Christina met us at the airport and drove us through narrow winding streets to our apartment (for a fee). It was only 20/25 minutes walk to the main sights eg cathedral and Real Alcazar but there were plenty of restaurants and tapas bars nearby. Bus was only 7 mins walk away. Christina arranged our tickets to a professional flamenco show/walking tour by night which was excellent. The apartment on the ground floor was comfortable and clean. Always plenty of hot water for showering and the bed was comfy.and quiet at night.There was a small shady patio leading from the bedroom which would have been useful in the summer. Just right for our 4 night stay.

Réservation facile. Accueil parfait. Quartier sympa et emblématique de Séville.
