Apartment was nice with the exception of the weird smell in the hallway and the water damage on the ceiling in the kitchen . Location was really good. The property management though was not so great. We were supposed to meet this woman who spoke English and instead she sends over her associate who speaks NO English. He met my wife and two kids with four suitcases. I was returning the rental car. He tells her the elevator was broken, which was a lie and then proceeds to let them carry their suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. My son is 10 and daughter is 12. He was a grown man and did not even have the decency to help two kids and woman with their bags. My wife had to carry two bags plus her purse. When we went to check out, I texted the landlord 48 HOURS before the check out and asked if we could check out late, at 3 pm. She never got back to me until 36 hours later. I had already arranged for a car service to pick us up since she never replied at the later time. She insisted we leave on time and gave us no rooms to discuss. She then texted me very rudely numerous times to the point of harassment to make sure we were vacating the space. She even told me that she would charge me if I did not vacate. This lady and her Associate are the worst. I would not stay there again just because of her customer service. Very poor.
