very nice hotel, room is large and good view, bed is large, buffet is quite exceed my expectation, variable and good taste. you can book the tour in the hall near reception and there will be bus coming to hotel to pick you up, even the bus is from other cities... for example the bus take other guests from capital/carmen/costa tagisse will come to the hotel to take you...it make me feel sorry that we are the last guests and waste other guest's time. :) during the 4 days stay I also get chance to have a look at other 5 or 4 star hotel on the island, but I think this is the most beautiful one. swimming pool and beach and sand, what can I see, if you drive a car, this is one of the best choice than living in cities. if you do not drive, you need to take taxi and it is not so easy to take bus here. disadvantage/waek point: Really bad wifi. free wifi is only for web access(Port 80 and speed XX Kb) and signal is bad. if you want to have a quiet holiday, it is ok, but if you want to check email or something else, better to buy an orange sim card for data.

Très belle hôtel hormis le fait que nous avions trouver des cafards à deux reprises à la zone pour manger, regrettable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles ou cela n’aurais jamais dû se produire

Excellent hotel with beautiful pools and restaurants. Staff went over and above - particularly Kante who could not have provided a warmer welcome. Staff attention to detail was excellent. In addition to allergens being clearly labelled on all food, All staff went over and above to help support dietary requirements. Couldn’t fault the hotel - would most definitely return.

Very attentive, friendly service at reception. Rooms very comfortable & very clean. Pool area very calm & welcoming. Good choice of buffet food & service in restaurant good. Evening entertainment, enjoyable. Only complaint, piano bar staff on one night visited were slow & unfriendly. Overall, would highly, definitely recommend for a quiet, luxury get away. Puerto Calero lovely walk to nearby with various boat trips.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed every single moment. The facilities were amazing, plus I would like to thank Manu and Isabel so much. They were really gentle and caring. We’re grateful and we will come back in the future for certain.

Great stay at the hotel!

Our stay was very pleasant

Weather was good but too hot at times. Bed rooms were fab and the scuba diving centre was a highlight for me as it was based on the Hotel Campus. Breakfast was superb . Would look outside to Hotel for Dinner. Very sterile environment. No atmosphere.

Overall, it was a decent stay at Secrets Lanzarote. We were upgraded to an Ocean View suite (we had booked a Partial Ocean view suite) and it was well maintained and good in size. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot with good pressure, all the expected amenities were included (robe, slippers, plenty of towels, hairdryer, mirror, wardrobes, safe etc.) and there were also two large televisions. Unfortunately, there was a horrible sewage smell from the toilet which we asked to be looked at multiple times during the stay but ultimately had to just put up with it. And whilst the minibar should have been restocked every day as part of the price of the room, we had to request this each day. The service was both good and bad in parts, depending on the staff member. Some were terribly unhelpful (borderline rude) and others were absolutely wonderful. Konte, in particular, offered the warmest of welcomes and gave us a lovely tour of the resort. The spa staff were absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed spending the day there as well as our massages. The serving and reception staff, however, were less helpful. The food left a bit to be desired, however, and I'm very glad we didn't go half or full board. We tried Oceana, the world buffet and Portofino, and all were disappointing. They weren't terrible, but run of the mill food, not much flavour and prices that were far higher than the quality.

Hotel muito confortável e bonito. Localização não é boa para praia e as piscinas são geladas, mas nada que atrapalhe nosso conforto e uso.

Had fun, but the restaurants and bars are confusing. Half of the resort is preferred club only and all inclusive is limited to 3 hour windows for lunch and dinner

Beautiful hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and drinks were fantastic. We are fans of the Mango Mojotos! We stayed at the Preferred section (which for those who can should stay at)-we literally checked in and unplugged. No thought about what was covered and what wasn’t. There are parts that are starting to show some wear but the staff was accommodating and gracious about everything. We walked to the marina area nearby and down the trail along the coast and it was beautiful. Highly recommend for a quick gaunt from Europe.
