Muy buena ubicación y estacionamiento muy cercano

Ficamos apenas uma noite. Uma pena porque o hotel é muito bom, todas as comodidades, frigobar, televisão enorme, vista incrível para a Sierra Nevada. Banheiros limpos e grandes. O restaurante no rooftop tem uma vista magnífica e a comida estava excelente. Obrigada ao staff !

Muy buena relación calidad/precio, aunque con las típicas deficiencias de mantenimiento de la mayoría de los hoteles.

Room was very clean, AC could of worked better

This hotel is great! The staff is friendly and helpful and was able to check us in early, which was a plus. The room was big and clean and comfortable for 4 people. It was also pretty close to the city center at just a ~17 min walk. Out of all the hotels I stayed at during my trip, this one was one of my favorites!

Pastries at the breakfast bar were not fresh.

Clean room, ended up on the same floor as gym and pool, but did not use. Facilities did look great at quick glance. Breakfast is solid. Caters to an international audience so expect more of an English-style breakfast with some Spanish options thrown in. Timing is everything for breakfast. 8am or later is the sweet spot to avoid crowds. Easy 15 minute walk to Granada's city center, and less than 3 minutes to two city parks. Alhambra and Sacromonte are each about a 25-30 minute walk away. Overall, excellent stay and would look at this hotel again for future visits.

Lovely hotel, close to Granada train station and the city center. I was lucky to get a 13-floor room with amazing views of the city and the Alhambra. The room was clean and spacious, with a super comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and exceptional breakfast. I would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended hotel!👌

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel et l’expérience reste mitigée. L’établissement est agréable et bénéficie d’un bon emplacement. La chambre était bien équipée, confortable, et disposait d’une literie de qualité, ce qui est un point positif. Cependant, plusieurs aspects nous ont déçus. La chambre nous a semblé très petite pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le personnel était globalement accueillant, mais la communication était parfois difficile en raison de la barrière de la langue, ce qui a entraîné quelques incompréhensions. Concernant le stationnement, les informations fournies étaient insuffisantes et peu claires. Nous avons été orientés vers un parking public sans être informés du tarif de 22 € pour une nuit, alors que l’hôtel dispose de son propre parking. Cela a été une mauvaise surprise. Enfin, nous n’avons pas pu profiter du petit déjeuner : face à l’affluence, nous avons été gentiment refusés sans réelle solution alternative. Dans l’ensemble, malgré quelques points positifs, nous ne garderons pas un très bon souvenir de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Excellent modern hotel. Good sized rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Underground parking a few minutes walk from hotel. Best feature is the rooftop bar with great views of the city including the Alhambra.

Very nice hotel, ideally located close to the city centre. Magnificent view from the rooftop terrace.

Excellent selection of food for breakfast, we loved the fresh orange, choices of skimmed milk and option to use a microwave. Although some items ran out they were quickly replenished.

The reception staff were very helpful printing out documents and even sorted out my smartphone problems. The terrace with loungers was a good addition to the stay.

Habitación excelente, tanto comodidad como limpieza. El personal de recepción muy amables y serviciales, una pena, que la atención del personal del restaurante, como el personal de limpieza, no esté a la altura de sus compañeros.
