Todo bueno, Desayuno variado y muy bien elaborado y fresco. Atencion general exelente.

Rooms cleaned every day and spotless ,great choices for all meals and plenty of different times if all inclusive oh got to mention proper sausages.Staff very helpful and friendly also hotel in a great location near to beach and amenities

Personnel serviable. Restaurant abondant et varié : Grillades, pizzas, légumes, pâtes ou plats cuisinés. Le buffet des desserts est plutôt simple et répond davantage à des amateurs de pâtisseries de moyenne qualité. Une machine à crème glacée avec différents nappage et des fruits. Même si l'hôtel est ancien, il est propre et bien maintenu. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est agréable mais on retrouve comme partout des gens irrespectueux qui "réservent" leur transat sans jamais être dessus. Le séjour à été agréable. Le secteur est probablement le plus joli de l'île. Le secteur des dunes de Maspalomas est à voir. À noter, la présence de plages de nudistes à proximité peut incomoder certains. Les durées de trajet peuvent être élevés. Nous avons prévu de traverser l'île mais avons abandonné à mi-chemin car même si c'est très joli, les routes sont sinueuses et sans fin.

Typical low budget hotel for high money. Room with devastated floors tiles with not working lift for whole duration of stay.Food as expected low quality meats and other hot meals greasy. Veg and fruits very good.Cakes no comment all artificial. Not recommended.

Bra frukost, bra miljo (tradgard med mera: pool, bar...)

Rummet var bra, men behov av reparation. Bland annat dusch arrangemanget sitter löst. Personalen var vänlig. Närhet till stranden var ok. Med vänlig hälsning

Sehr nettes Personal. Gutes Essen mit reichlich Auswahl. Hotel würde ich weiter empfehlen auch wenn es ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great hotel, nice breakfast

Todella ihana hotelli! Laadukkaat ruuat, joista erityismaininta pehmiskoneelle ja juustopöydälle. Animation team aktiivinen: paljon ohjelmaa lapsille ja aikuisille. Sijainti hyvä! Sängyt hyvät ja oikeat peitot sekä pussilakanat, joten nukutti todella hyvin.

Rent og ryddig, god frokost. Egen air condition på rommet.

Heel ruime kamer, schoon. Schoonmaak was dagelijks heel grondig. Al het personeel was vriendelijk. Word goed onderhouden!

First room we had to move because of bad smell in bathroom. Also noise from motorway was really loud & no sun on balcony at all. Second room overlooking street was fabulous, sun all day. Both rooms were kept really clean. Breakfast was great. Couldn’t get a sunbed at all in 9 days we were there so never used pool. Also never stayed for even g entertainment.

Lovely room and very clean, food great and friendly staff! Great for walking as well and fairly quiet there as well. Overall, 10/10 and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was really spacious, staff attentive throughout and well cleaned facilities. I was on a cycling holiday with half board option, the breakfast was good and dinner had an extensive choice of options each night to try out. Table service worked really effectively taking away dirty dishes etc. and you could tell staff really like their work😀
