Good facilities. For city location, pool is unusual but not big enough area for sufficient number of sun beds for size of hotel. Gym also could be bigger. Breakfast good selection but not everything replenished during each sitting. Late check out offered but for a fee. Overall lovely hotel in good location overlooking Turia Park.

Very nice hotel, located near main attractions in Valencia. Staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. For sure I would return to this hotel.

Good central location for exploring Valencia. The hotel is fairly modern and rooms are more functional than comfortable. We had a problem with our TV on arrival and it took a phone call followed up by having to go to reception to get the problem resolved. The pool is nice and the terrace bar was a pleasant and relaxing experience after a day of walking. The staff are mostly helpful and pleasant. If I were to grumble, the rooms are smaller than depicted on their website, the bed was hard and uncomfortable (but I guess that’s about preference) the desk chair was rickety and stained badly. TV options are minimal for an international hotel. There are some nice touches, bath robes and slippers along with bathroom amenities, the shower gel and hand soap smell lovely and a decent shower. Overall, if I was going for business for a night or two, perfect. After a long hot days of exploring, I’d prefer something a little more comfortable, but again it’s all about personal preference.

Das Hotel liegt an einer belebten Einfahrtsstraße, d.h. man sollte das Fenster im Zimmer möglichst geschlossen halten. Gleich daneben befindet sich der Grünstreifen/Park, der sich um die gesamte Innenstadt zieht, die per Fahrrad oder Bus vom Hotel aus gut erreichbar ist. Es handelt sich um ein typisches Stadthotel mit vielen ankommenden und abreisenden Gästen, was sich auch im Engagement des Rezeptionspersonals äußert. Hier wird auf den einzelnen Gast nicht groß eingegangen, man muss sehen, wie man sich zurechtfindet. Das Frühstück wird in einem großen Raum im Untergeschoss angeboten, der Ikea-Charm hat und einen erheblichen Geräuschpegel aufweist. Der Außenpool im sechsten Stock ist nüchtern gestaltet, es sind nicht genug Liegen vorhanden. Der Fitnessraum ist mit vielen Geräten bestückt und dadurch eher eng, aber dennoch gut benutzbar. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit guten Betten, auch das Badezimmer ist groß und mit zwei Waschbecken und großen Spiegeln gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles sauber.

Ik vond het geen 5 sterren hotel, de kamers waren vooral heel erg gehorig. Ook de geluiden op straat hoorde je goed!

Hotel.muito bom, fora do centro historico mas bem próximo e tb próximo da cidade das Artes. O rooftop é muito gostoso de ficar e a comida é boa. Café da manhã excelente. Quartos bem grandes e espacosos

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great places to eat close by and right across the street from a nice park. Room had all the amenities needed bed was comfortable and big. Rooftop bar had good drinks and tapas.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Valencia mit idealer Lage und direkter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für uns absolut ausreichend, abwechslungsreich und frisch. Auch die Sauberkeit hat überzeugt – wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Außenpool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gerade saniert.

Excellent standards of cleanliness and all the staff were equally excellent. Only minor gripes were the outside, rooftop pool being closed for maintenance until our departure day (the outdoor pool was one reason I chose this hotel) and the street noise as our 3rd floor room faced the street. Breakfast buffet was also good.

We arrived to find out the hotel pool was closed for renovations but nobody had informed us and as we are in middle of a month long exploring and relaxing holiday this was very disappointing. Also as this hotel is more focused on company visits the terrace bar was closed on 2 of our 4 nights . Rooms and staff good .

Hotel room was spacious and neat. 4 of us shared a room comfortably for a week. Staff was very helpful calling taxis for us and reheating food for my baby. Location is central and the bus stop right in front of the hotel was a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend this property - staff extremely friendly and helpful, good selection at breakfast (including gluten and lactose free options), very clean throughout and really comfortable bed. Slept so well! The hotel is next to a busy road but when the window is shut, the noise is barely noticeable. Air con is available in the room so no sweaty nights!
