It was good for the 2 days I was in Madrid very quiet and everyone was respectful

Great location, easy to navigate inside the bunks. Although it's a bit hard to find. It's easier to say that it's behind the shopping (h&m) area. Walk towards the square by the generali building and then down the stairs. It will be on the left. Very hot when the heater is on, especially the top bunk.

quiet and easy to get everywhere

To start off the entrance to the hotel is in the back in an alley where there are nightclubs and drunk people all night peeing on the walls and on the street it is very unsafe. The nightclubs were going on all night until about six or seven in the morning and they would be breaking glass bottles all night and being really noisy. I saw the police going there every night to break up something..

Very kind manager, and nice room

Property was hard to find. Address says it’s on main strip, ended up having to go down a couple set of stairs. About 20 beds or so shared 2 showers and 2 bathrooms (one shower was being remodeled, so one) haha. There wasn’t really a common room and the reception were kinda uptight. Wouldn’t recommend

I could nit sleep due to outside people making noises

A ver es un hostal como cualquier otro si quieres compartir litera es una buena opción si quieres quedarte en una habitación para ti solo .... No es la opción no hay privacidad total entre las literas y las habitaciones, se oye todo de una habitación a otra Para habitación privada el precio me parece alto para lo q ofrecen La ubicación es buena por q está el metro y cercanías cerca

Muy eficiente y rápido en la atención comodo el lugar y tranquilo

The place is conveniently located, very close to the metro line that takes you to the airport. The place only has two showers for everyone. Quite noisy place. You could here everything, it didn't matter if you were in the common area or inside a room.

Seguridad

C’était assez correct rien à signaler mais la nuit il y avait qqn qui frappait la porte fortement j’ai cru qu’il y avait qqn qui voulais rentrer. J’ai eu peur puisque les lits sont juste à côté de la porte d’entrée. Cela a cessé au bout d’un moment. Il y a de boites de nuits autour mais c’est surtout le weekend.

É realmente só pra Dormir e sair. Acho que precisa ficar mais claro que um hostel de cápsulas, não tem área de convivência, é um corredor com várias cápsulas, 3 camas uma em cima da outra nas paredes. Tem q usar os banheiros para se trocar ou mexer na mala. Pelo menos. A cama era grande e confortável, os banheiros eram espaçosos. TOALHAS NAO INCLUSAS NA ESTADIA, é preciso comprar a toalha se quiser tomar banho.

I booked a two twin bed room and got a double bed room i was too tired to negotiate or even fight over it but the host was very nice and very polite The staff and the cleanliness made up for it
